I love the connectivity of our society, it's so convenient to have auto rickshaws, buses, and cabs easily accessible just a short walk away. The wide roads here mean we rarely face any major traffic issues, which is a huge relief. arking space is available and allocated for everyone. Having malls, local shops, supermarkets, schools, and restaurants right outside our society makes running errands or grabbing a bite to eat incredibly convenient. I appreciate how well-maintained our society is; the maintenance services are prompt, and cleanliness and hygiene are always a priority. Garbage collection is done on time. The maintenance charges are affordable, the elevators are well-maintained. I love that we have amenities like a gym, swimming pool, park, clubhouse, and play area for kids, all of which are kept in excellent condition. The presence of security guards and properly functioning CCTV cameras adds an extra layer of safety and security to our community. Overall, the people in our society are friendly and social, regular painting and upkeep are done to keep the buildings looking fresh and well-maintained.read more

Unfortunately, seepage and leakage are common issues in many of the flats here. The construction quality of the buildings seems to be average, which likely contributes to these problems. It can be frustrating to deal with these issues, as they often require ongoing maintenance and repairs.read more

Nearby, we have access to markets, grocery stores, schools, malls, and restaurants, making it incredibly convenient for daily errands and leisure activities. The roads are impeccably smooth, and the presence of a metro station nearby adds to the accessibility. Maintenance services in our society are top-notch, ensuring everything is in excellent condition. Elevators are well-maintained and functional, providing convenience to residents. We enjoy uninterrupted water supply and electricity, eliminating any concerns in that regard. The vibrant community in our society makes living here truly enjoyable, with residents coming together to celebrate various festivals and events. Parking space is ample and allocated to all residents. Additionally, amenities such as a gym, swimming pool, clubhouse, and play area further enhance our living experience.read more

Nearby local shops, super markets and grocery stores, schools, restaurants are available outside the society. The connectivity of the society is good, public transports like auto, bus, cabs are available at a walkable distance outside the society. The constructuion quality is good in the society, issues like seepage, leakage and plaster issues are not faced in the society. The society is properly maintained and kept clean. Regularly Garbage collection is done on time. Pest control is done on time. Open space parking is available. Security guards are available. CCTV cameras are properly installed and functions properly. People staying in the society are friendly and copperative.read more
