Good things here
Friendly Apartment Owners. But still what they can do if the builders are delaying the construction of the Club house, gym, basketball court l, swimming pool, etc...read more
Things need improvement
I have moved in as a tenant. As of today 21 September 2024 Amenities like Basketball court, Gym, Swimming Pool, Club House are still under construction :( . Builder has to speed up the construction as promised. The security mostly will never be at the gate. we have to call him and ask him to come at the gate. Nobody will turn on the lights of the outer area..read more

Beautiful Ambiance, spacious rooms, well ventilated flats, professional security system, spacious for car parking, Management is always available to address the concerns, they ensure to get the issues resolved, dedicated full time engineers and supervisors always available to resolve the issue.read more
