Good things here
The apartments are spacious with proper ventilation, and the society manages regular garbage collection with segregation. We have reliable electricity and water supply, and the gym, clubhouse, and swimming pool are well-maintained. The neighborhood is peaceful with friendly neighbors who look out for each other. Good connectivity is ensured with buses, autos, and cabs readily available, and the roads are well-maintained. Having nearby schools, hospitals, and markets is convenient, and it's nice that the majority age group here is 28-45.read more

Traffic can be an issue, especially concerning metro connectivity relying on services like Rapido. Rent prices are inflated, and the return rate is low, making the cost of living here quite high. Real estate prices are also steep, and there are concerns about rain issues. Additionally, the quality of plaster is poor, and with only 2 lifts servicing a 19-storey building, waiting times can be long�up to 5-6 minutes on the 17th floor. The location being a bit outside of the city adds to the challenges.read more

Connectivity via cabs is easily available if we book an apartment nearby. Amenities include a swimming pool, clubhouse, gym, table tennis, kids' play area, party hall, all available and well-maintained. Maintenance of facilities is very efficient. Maintenance charges are reasonable. Maintaining the garden and overall environment is very good in the society. Construction quality is very good; there are no seepages or leaks, making it very convenient. There is no pollution in the society. Living experience is excellent. Maintenance care is reasonable. We can celebrate all festivals in the society, making it very enjoyable.read more

Public transportation spots are available quite far away, around 2-3 kilometers from the society, which is very inconvenient. There are no metro stations available, making it very inconvenient.read more

Good connectivity with availability of cabs , autos and public transport nearby. People in the society are quite friendly , they celebrate all the festivals together.
