It is a gated residential building. Nice atmosphere around the building feels pleasant at night while walking. The management m aintains a modest swimming pool. This residence features a number of corporate flats that serve as a guest home for corporate employees. It's a really quiet spot. Behind this residence lies a slum area.

Excellent building to live near Manyata Tech Park. however if you have school-going kids then you may not find this place suitable. There are no schools nearby to this location.
