well maintained, enough open/walking space. The property is at a walking distance from the main road thus cuts all the noise that you may get from the traffic and at the same time, everything is accessible within 5-10 minutes of walk.read more

The EPIP is one of the country's first Information Technology Parks and ITP-B houses offices of many IT and ITES companies. The location also enjoys excellent connectivity to the major MNC‚ s like Hindustan Unilever, Britannia, HP, Capgemini, Tata Elxsi, ITPL, Brigade Tech Park, Bhoruka Tech Park and many more.
