The standout feature of the Godrej society was its flawless condition. The complex was beautifully maintained, and residents had no complaints. Another attractive aspect was the easy availability of auto rickshaws and cabs at every metro station nearby. During my five-year stay in the society, I couldn't find another community that matched its high standards. It was equipped with top-notch facilities, making the living experience truly exceptional.read more

The connectivity of the society is very good, public transports like auto, cabs are easily available outside the society. Nearby local shops, super markets and grocery stores, restaurants are available outside the society. Drinking water is available 24*7 in the society. Water supply is very good. No such major electricity issues is faced. Power backup is available Other facilities like gym, swimmingpool, club house, parks, play area for kids are available in the society. The constructuion quality is good, issues like seepage, leakage and plaster issues are not faced in the society. People are friendly and cooperative, cultural events and festivals are celebrated together in the society.read more

Transportation connectivity near the society is satisfactory with availability of cabs and autos. A railway station is available nearby. Market areas are also present. Maintenance quality is also fine with regular water supply and hygiene maintained. Construction quality is also fine with no seepage and leakage issues. The security system is well maintained. Amenities like the gym, swimming pool and clubhouse are available and well maintained. Residents celebrated all events and festivals together.read more
