Shopping and Entertainment: Sector 12 has a vibrant shopping and entertainment scene, with several malls, cinemas, and restaurants located in and around the area. Cosmopolitan Culture: Sector 12 is a cosmopolitan area with residents from different parts of India and abroad. The area is well maintained. It has plenty of parks around within a 2-10 minute walking distance. It's very safe for kids to play on those parks. The residents are cooperative. Roads are made of tar and chips. It is connected to the infamous Sabzi Mandi which is an amazing flea market to get stuff like ration, poultry or sea food, clothes, OTC medicines, street food.
