The lovely Natwest Vivas has received her beginning certificate. The project's occupancy certificate has not been awarded, so you may rest easy. Power-water supply is also fine and there is parking facility too for residents as well visitors. The public transport is also good here and there is a railway station at a distance of 10 minutes, so there is not much problem here. Schools and colleges are also nearby so children can easily go there without facing any traffic hurdles as there are hardly any traffic jams in the area.read more

The Natwest Vivas project is a well-planned development near Singaperumal Koil, Tiruchi Chennai Highway, Chennai. Nature-friendly garden and green parks for children along with good connectivity but it needs some improvements. Security at night is also fine as there are security guards and CCTV cameras installed in the entire premises. No worries related to the parking space or maintenance of the infrastructure. Wide roads with regular maintenance and cleanliness are some of the additional points which are appreciable about this project.read more

The notable roadways near this neighborhood are the Perumalpattu - Kottamedu Road and NH45, which provide easy access to various important destinations in and around Chennai. It is a nice project with a beautiful environment in society.
