Transportation connectivity is excellent with buses and cabs easily accessible near the society. The neighborhood is friendly, and residents celebrate all festivals and events together. There is a strong emphasis on cleanliness, and the society is well-maintained. We pay a monthly maintenance fee of approximately 1500 to 1600 rupees for our 4BHK apartment. The elevators are in excellent condition, and we have 24/7 electricity and water supply. The society conducts timely painting work, and there are seven playgrounds available. Facilities such as the gym and clubhouse are well-maintained and accessible for all residents.read more

The construction quality is subpar, and there's a notable issue with seepage throughout the society. Furthermore, the presence of many animal lovers, particularly dog owners, presents challenges as we encounter frequent issues related to dogs. The connectivity around my society is good, with easy access to public transport like autos, buses, rickshaws, and cabs. We have CCTV cameras installed, and the lifts function properly. The society is always clean, with hygiene properly maintained. There are no seepage or leakage issues inside the buildings, and the construction quality is good. Water supply is reliable, and we don't face any water logging issues inside the society. Social life here is vibrant, with friendly and cooperative residents who come together to celebrate cultural festivals and events.read more

Good things here

Maintenance charges are totally justified. There is enough parking space available. Cleanliness and hygiene are up to the mark. Water is available 24/7, and the lifts are well-maintained. Festivals are celebrated, and all modern amenities are provided. The residents are cooperative, and there are no issues with leakage or seepage in my flat. Ola and Uber are available near the society after online booking.read more

Autos are not available at all near the society, and the connectivity is very poor. I have heard that there is a leakage and seepage issue in other people's flats, although fortunately, I don't have this problem in my flat.read more
