The build quality is impressive, with no infrastructure defects and good standard fittings and walls. Maintenance charges are reasonable at 1500 rupees monthly. Security measures are robust, including CCTV surveillance, app-based entry systems, and card access at each entrance. Fire safety features such as fire extinguishers and exits are provided. Continuous water and electricity supply are ensured, and residents are friendly and cooperative. Festivals and functions are celebrated together, and street lights illuminate the area at night. Lift maintenance is carried out regularly, and daily garbage collection with segregation of wet and dry waste contributes to the society's cleanliness and�maintenance.read more

Things need improvement

One drawback of this society is its lack of amenities. Despite having only 150 flats, there are no facilities such as a hall, swimming pool, or clubhouse. The builder has only provided a small garden and children's play area. Additionally, the gym is non-functional due to poor�maintenance.read more

Cleanliness is maintained, and water is available 24/7. There are no issues of leakage in the flat, sunlight comes in well, and ventilation is good. The residents are cooperative, and festivals are celebrated. The roads outside the society are good, with street lights at night. There are no traffic issues around the society, and public transport is easily available.read more

Things need improvement

There are no modern amenities in the society, and even the park where children play has broken swings. In my flat, there is a significant issue with seepage.read more
