powai has a great connectivity with central ,harbour and western .Any parts of Mumbai can be connected through the various modes of transport.Ine of the best location in Mumbai and sooner the property rates will go high up and many builders are eyeing this location as it is very convenient for the people who have to constantly fly to different states and different countries for business purpose.i would highly recommend this place as I am born and raised up in this area.read more

Powai is very good locality to live with family because here we can find all the amenities for our fulfillment of daily basic need available within few kilometres. good transportation facilities and there are no power cut issues. roads are well maintain and environment of this locality is clean and hygiene.read more
