Good things here

Schools. restaurants, public transport in the locality are easily accessible. The locality is calm and there is no water logging in the streets.read more

Things need improvement

The flat has 24 hour water supply and gated for secured car parking. This flat comes with UDS of 430 sq ft making it the most likable property for investment.read more

Good things here

Easy access to market, mall, metro, share auto, city bus with in 5 Min drive to Anna Nagar.. Street light well maintained , Safe to move around throughout night All kind of transport available in walkable distance, Clean streets, and no pollution. Ample water supply from corporation and borewellread more

Things need improvement

None . it is near posh area with well educated people with reputed schools, easy access to major companies. No cinema posters.read more
