Elegant and spacious 2BHK flat with lift, covered car parking, ample ground water and CCTV security. No water logging or flood impact to this area. Grocery and departmental stores and medical shop opposite to flat. Nearyby to Kauvery hospital, Kamatchi hospital, DAV school, many other schools and upcoming metro station.read more

All major schools and hotels are within 500 metres of this fast-developing neighbourhood.It is only 7 kilometres from Annanagar, 3 kilometres from Perambur Railway Station, and 10 kilometres from Koyambedu.The transport system is excellent. We take the bus to wherever at any time. It's really safe throughout the day. All facilities are within 5 kilometers...it's easy to buy anything... metro facilities are excellent. We can get groceries in 10 minutes. We are capable of managing society's children.read more
