Good things here

Prestige Jasdan Classic, located on N.M. Joshi Marg in Byculla, Mumbai, offers a blend of modern living amidst a historic neighborhood. Connectivity is excellent with proximity to major transport hubs like Byculla Station and the Eastern Freeway, ensuring easy access to all parts of Mumbai. The neighborhood is renowned for its cultural richness, featuring attractions like the Byculla Zoo and Dr. Bhau Daji Lad Museum. Safety is a priority, supported by robust security measures within the gated community. The project enhances livability with luxurious amenities including a clubhouse, swimming pool, and landscaped gardens. Nearby reputable schools like Christ Church School and hospitals such as Masina Hospital further elevate convenience and quality of life for residents. Prestige Jasdan Classic epitomizes urban comfort and convenience in the heart of Byculla.read more

Things need improvement

However, some potential drawbacks of Prestige Jasdan Classic include the bustling nature of N.M. Joshi Marg, which may lead to occasional traffic congestion and noise levels. While the neighborhood offers cultural richness, the proximity to busy roads could impact tranquil living for some residents. Additionally, as with many urban areas in Mumbai, parking facilities might be limited, posing a challenge for residents with multiple vehicles. These factors are worth considering for those seeking a quieter residential environment within the vibrant cityscape of Byculla.read more

Byculla is located in central Mumbai, with the neighborhoods of Nagpada, Mumbai Central, and Mahalaxmi to the west, Agripada and Jacob Circle to the north-west, Chinchpokli and Madanpura to the north, and Reay Road and Ghodapdeo to the north-east. Within the jurisdiction of the Brihanmumbai Municipal Corporation (BMC), Byculla is part of Ward "E." Byculla was an outgrowth of the island of Mazagaon, which was one of the seven that eventually merged to form Mumbai in the late 18th century. It was low-lying Flats that were flooded by the Great Breach at Mahalaxmi at high tide. However, in 1784, the Hornby Vellard project successfully sealed the gap, effectively merging Bombay's seven islands into a single island. Real estate prices in Byculla, as in the rest of Mumbai, have risen dramatically in recent years. This is especially true in the Motisha Lane neighborhood, which is home to numerous luxurious high-rise apartments popular among Mumbai's wealthy Jain population. Byculla is home to an expanding number of Dawoodi Bohra and other orthodox Muslims, who, like other Gujaratis, are heavily involved in commerce. The total population is 271507, Male 153,641 & female 117866.The nearest Railway station is Mumbai Central, and the nearest airport is Chhatrapati Shivaji International Airport. Read More
