Very young population and MIDC and companies nearby. Rental apartment is there also and lots of options. Transportation is good also but peak hour jams are there also. Crowded area with water problems sometimes.

Location is prime and you get several MNCs and other companies in proximity. Lots of manpower and transport facilities along with other basic amenities and connectivity. Some more shopping options would have been nice though the mall is good.

Very nice area to stay and well-developed with malls, shops, colleges, schools, hospitals, temples and others nearby. Water and electricity conditions are also good. Sometimes lot of noise pollution and parking issues also. Road should be better maintained.

Infrastructure-wise, the area is decent and road condition is also nice. The accommodation option is good and so is safety at night. Many parks and schools nearby along with good water supply also. Lot of traffic congestion sometimes and also pollution is a major problem.

Bhosari is offering everything like hospital, school, college, market, and bank nearby along with ATM also. The area is also good for shopping purposes. The upcoming metro will boost connectivity. However, power cut is also there while house rent is slightly higher.

Road maintainance in this area is poor and roads are narrow. The municipality should work to solve this problem or else and accident might occur .To increase the woes people park their vehicles on the road increasing traffic jams. The area is safer than most of the other localities and well lit as well all the time.

There is a vegetable market which is just 200 meter from PCMT bus stop located in this area where you can buy all your daily needs. In case of any emergency you do need to travel a long distance to buy grocery as it is just a walk from your home.

The people in this locality are very helpful and kind as they treat you as their own family member.There are parks in this locality which is well mainatined, where you can do your morning walk or do your daily exercise .

There is a huge water shortage in this area and it is faced by both house owners and tenants who lives here . This causes inconvenience and people are reluctant to shift here. This problem needs to be solved as water is the basic necessity.

The locality is quite safe as police patrol is regular at night and street lights are adequate so that residents can venture out at night if required . The area has not reported a single crime or any case of robbery, pickpocketing etc.It is a nice locality to live in.
