Good things here

Cab and taxi can be booked easily here. The parking facility is also good. here houses have been built strong and well. there is no problem of water leakage from anywhere. Maintenance is paid on time here. Electricity and water supply is good. There is a good park and swimming pool available nearby for children. good school and hospital is also nearby. There are good malls and restaurants nearby where reached easily. Vegetable and other market nearby. read more

Things need improvement

At many places on the main road the street lights do not work properly. There is traffic jam on the road during evenings. Drains are open at many places on the road. There is no good gym nearby. read more

It's a prime location, taking about 10 to 15 minutes by auto to reach Ballygunge and 20 minutes to Sealdah, making it centrally located in Kolkata. Public transport such as autos and buses are easily available. The locality is excellent, with easy access to schools, malls, markets, and online deliveries. Amenities like a gym, swimming pool, clubhouse, and an area for children to play in front of the car parking are available. The quality of roads is very good, and street lights work properly. Ventilation is also very good. Garbage collection is done very well. The maintenance of lifts and CCTV is also good. Currently, not all festivals are celebrated as there are fewer residents, but some like Holi and Janmashtami were celebrated last time. Parking areas are allotted for everyone. read more

The metro station is expected to arrive within a 5 to 7 minute walking distance. There is a slight issue with dampness. Once more residents move in, we will celebrate all festivals. There is no dedicated playground read more
