Good things here
Balewadi is the second most safest locality after baramati. Even two guards are always there to check regular safety. The society even has the swimming pool, gym and even clubhouse. The maintainance charges are also reasonable and very less power cut is there in this area. Even quality of boundary walls are also good in this area.
Things need improvement
Great schools should be built nearby as there are schools but not good. So only this problem should be resolved.

Good things here
Local transport is is easy to access near by the society.All the amenities are available in the society like swimming pool,Club house,gym,kids play area etc.Allocated parking is available for owners and visitor.maintenance charges are reasonable in the society>high security system as there are cctv in all the areas.All the festivals are being celebrated in the society.
Things need improvement
Buiild quality is not good as some of the units are facing leakage and seepage issues in the apartment mostly top floor.Guest needs to pay some nominal charges to use amenities in the society.There is no shops near by the society like vegetable shop,groccery shop,fruits shop etc.

Good things here
Auto,cabs easy to approach near by the society edven though public transport were also available near by the society.All the modern amenities were there in the society,gym was well maintained and well eqquiped.Build quality was great not any kind of construction defect in the society.Security was good like telecom facilities were there in the society.
Things need improvement
Maintenance of the society is poor like swimming pool is not functional in the society.Power back up facilities were allocated to common areas only.

Good things here
Allocated parking has been provided for resident and visitors.power back up facilities were available.All the amenities were top notch,gym was very well equipted and maintained.no any kind of extra charges for tenant to use any of amenities in the society.
Things need improvement
Bachelor's were allowed in that society but the society commitee has different rules and regulation for them ,which they have to follow strickly.

Good things here
Society is very well maintained ,neat and clean and hygenic surrounding.all the modern amenities are there and everything is functional.There are no extra charges or rules for the tenants.conectivity is great ,local transport easily available,local market is at walkable distance.build quality is great,no cracks on the wall.
Things need improvement
There are railway tracks just beside the society,so the surrounding was quite noicy and not isolated.power back up facilities wre not there in the society.

This location is heart of pune. One can easily go to metro stops in near time hardly say 5 min. Wide roads and connectivity to roads leading tobeast side pune os one big advantage.
