Good things here

Your 3-bedroom apartment in Tower 1 sounds delightful, with spaciousness and completeness. The fact that all balconies open to the poolside and greens, offering an unobstructed view of the Aravalis, adds to its charm. The decor, carefully planned after Tulip Chowk, contributes to its unique character. Although there may be a lonely patch for now, the maintenance staff's promptness and efficiency make up for it. The compact yet pleasant club adds to the overall experience, and once the cafeteria is operational, it will surely enhance the wholesome experience. With good security measures in place, you truly feel at home in this place, thanks to its nice ambiance.

Being a bit far from the main road can pose some challenges for daily needs requirements. Additionally, the absence of a cafeteria in the club might be seen as a drawback.

Good things here

Build quality is excellent as there are no issues regarding leakage and seepage even the fitting of the apartment is strong.Allocated parking is available for owners and visitors.All the amenities are available like swimming pool,club house,gym,kids play area,playground etc and everything is highly maintained and charges for maintainance is also reasonable compare to area.24 hours power and water supply is available in the society.Good celebration of the festivals and events in the society.Security is very high and full power back up facilities are provided.

Earlier there was bus services available just front of the society but now the bus facilities are available around 300 meters away from the society.Metro is not there near by the society.Charges for power back up facilities are high in the society.

Good things here

The society may be small, but it's self-sufficient, boasting amenities like a gym, basketball and tennis courts, and a playground for children. Additionally, residents can enjoy access to fresh vegetables from nearby farmer markets.

Things need improvement

Living in the society feels somewhat secluded as it's far from the main town. Daily life can be challenging without nearby convenience stores or shops.

Good things here

The maintenance charge is approximately 7000/month, which some residents may find to be on the higher side. Additionally, there is no government electricity or water supply available. However, the society offers a resort-like living experience with options for 2 BHK, 2 BHK with study, and 3 BHK flats. It's worth noting that the rent here tends to be higher compared to BPTP B and C blocks.

Necessary Amenties are there and secruity gards are active and they do protect the citizens living in the society, I can easily find a medium of transport asw well.

The metro station is situated quite far from the area, but residents have easy access to Ola and cab services for transportation needs.Maintenance in the area is commendable, with functional CCTV systems ensuring security

It’s a wonderful place to live. Only society in Gurgaon with two towers and a huge space having gym, swimming pool, basketball & lawn tennis court, cricket pitch, club , walking track etc. Residents are well educated and there is a great community life.

maintenance facilities bohot hi jada a66i hai. ku6 bhi problem hone pe jaldi solve hoti hai. amentis sarew hain.

water supply main boot jada problem hai and plumbing ka issue ata tha . gym,swiming pool jadatar band reheta tha.

M3M Escala is a great option if you're seeking projects that are ready to go. This is a prime location and the built quality is very good of the houses. Connectivity is not an issue but sometimes there are traffic jams nearby and pollution is also a problem. Otherwise, schools, malls, shops, hospitals are nearby. Frequent police patrolling is also done in the area. There are many well-maintained parks and roads are also good. The easy cab availability is also a good point about this project.
