Good things here
Society is kept neat and clean. Hygiene is maintained in the society. All the amenities like lifts, cctvs, gym, clubhouse are present in the society and everything is in working condition. Parks are available in this society.
Things need improvement
The society is really bad in terms of connectivity, no public transport facilities are available nearby. Commuting and finding a conveyance is really difficult. The construction qualiy of the society is poor, lot of seepage and lekage issues has been faced in the society. Plaster and wall breaks issues are also there in the society. There is a problem of lot of ants in the society. Shopping complexes,malls,schools are not nearby. No neighbours are in the society, they live alone.

M3M Woodshire is an ultra-modern, well-maintained residential complex with plenty of open spaces, ensuring a refreshing environment. The apartments, being three sides open, offer abundant natural light and cool breezes, perfect for relaxation. Parking arrangements are excellent, with ample space available for extra vehicles belonging to guests. Transportation facilities in the area are also convenient, with access to good public transport options.
Things need improvement
As you know, being an ultra-modern and luxurious residential area, the maintenance charges are relatively high. Additionally, traffic jams are quite common due to the location in a metropolitan area, with a high volume of vehicles during rush hours and in the evenings.

Construction quality is good- Gym, Swimming pool, club house is there. People in society are friendly.
Things need improvement
Cab is available but metro is not available.Roads quality is also compromised. There are alot of patholes.

The society is under construction .there are many projects . many people will stay there after the project is completed.

Cabs do not come inside the society because they dont get passengers from there so they cancelled the rides.

Connectivity is not so well very less availablity of auto . greenary should be improved drainage systum is very poor and very bad smell spread from there .facilities are not there like swimming pool.

The second phase of this society, situated near the drain, has encountered challenges related to increased insects and pests. During the rainy season, there is a notable sewage problem, and occasionally, an unpleasant odor becomes noticeable. These issues might be important considerations for residents in this particular phase of the community.

Good facilities like gym , swimming pool. Cleanliness & maintenance also top-notch.

Connectivity was the only drawback , lack of availability of public transport as the metro was also quite far away from the society.

Prices are high of the cabs .metro and railawy is so far from society.no nearby malls,markets . rats issue in the house.monkey are around the society.
