The housing society offers affordable options with 2 BHK priced at 17 L and 1 BHK at 13 L. With over 10 towers, the total area is quite substantial. Residents can enjoy a small park equipped with amenities for kids and plenty of space for walking pets. Additionally, the presence of two lifts and reasonable maintenance costs add to the convenience of living in the society.

Things need improvement

Located in Sohna rather than Gurgaon city, the housing society is approximately 23 kilometers away from Rajeev Chowk. As there's no Resident Welfare Association (RWA) established yet, it's essential for prospective buyers to conduct thorough due diligence, ensuring compliance with all RERA certificates and regulations. Additionally, there's no provision for reserved parking, and electricity costs are relatively high, which should be taken into consideration before making a decision to purchase.

Good things here

The society offers ready-to-move flats in a pleasant environment with nearby educational institutions like G D Goenka and the renowned Damdama Lake. Additionally, there are several five-star properties and easy access to the Mumbai corridor. Residents can also enjoy stunning views of the Aravali hills, adding to the overall appeal of the area.

Things need improvement

While some towers are still under construction, possession is expected soon. The society benefits from its proximity to Sohna Road, although it's worth noting that the road is currently undergoing maintenance to expand to 16 lanes. However, this construction work has resulted in significant traffic jams in the area.

All the outer walls are PCC, no bricks used, nearby multiple schools, Fresh air, nearby restaurants, market, bus stand, less crowded area, excellent road, low traffic, no water clogging even in rainy season, fully safe location even at night. Well maintained society, fully clean, daily cleaning, daily garbage disposal, home pickup of disposals, reasonable maintenance charges

Situated away from the main road, the society enjoys a tranquil and peaceful atmosphere, making it an ideal place to reside.

Maintenance fees are not covered for an extended period, contrary to expectations of being free for several years. Moreover, these fees tend to be quite high. Additionally, the absence of power backup results in frequent and lengthy power outages, which can be inconvenient for residents.

Good things here

I'm living here since a year. Only 5 out of 10 towers are handed over to clients same there are still under construction towers. This is a housing society built under affordable housing scheme, so do not expect premium amenities.Thankfully there aren't any issues related to water and electricity as of now. We have government electricity line by DHBVN and there is not power backup provided by society yet. The electricity is managed by Energy management company as in other societies in Gurgaon. nnThe location is on Dhaula Road, 1.6KM from the SOHNA MAIN ROAD. There are green fields on 3 sides of the society. Clean air. Drawback is that the builder has built flats on found floor so there is no dedicated parking space on the ground floor. nnnYou can order vegetables online from Bigbasket and there is one grocery store in the society market. There are no medical stores, barber, salon,Mall within the society. You'll have to either order online or get it from the SOHNA road area which is about 1.6 km. You will definitely need a private vehicle else you'll find it difficult to travel the last mile i.e. from Sohna Road to Society. There are Government Gurugaman Bus service to Gurgaon Bus Stand, and ample private transport available from Sohna road. Cabs are available and it takes around 35-45 minutes to reach Rajiv Chowk as of now.The Sohna Elevated Road is progressing well which will reduce the travel time but be ready to pay the toll which is being constructed .The construction quality is just average and plumbing could have been better but I feel it is worth the price. The windows provided are old style and they could have provided a better window so that residents will not have to renovate and change the windows to sliding style after shifting. There is a sewage treatment plant in the society which is working fine and you get treated water for flushing purpose which is fine. Overall, if you are working in and around Gurgaon and want a place nearby you can go for this option as it's better than paying rent! ,

National Highway-48 runs through the neighborhood, providing excellent access to the remainder of the city. Lush greenery and lots of amenities inside the same premises and a completely safe place. Schools, colleges, universities, and hospitals are nearby within minutes. Residents in and around this area enjoy traffic-free living and can reach their destinations on time. Good connectivity to bus and car parking helps you to reach places quickly.

Nearby are shopping malls, movie theatres, banks, hospitals, colleges, schools, and institutes. Everything is excellent here, whether it is connectivity or building quality. There are a number of facility provided right there like gym, swimming pool, health club, open spaces, green parks, jogging tracks, grocery store, etc.. You may walk through beautiful green parks or jog along well-kept running paths. The security officers examine each and every visitor. Cabs are readily available, and there is a bus or car stop nearby.

Ample parking space for residents and visitors with good construction quality of not just homes but also other infrastructure such as roads, parks, etc. There greenery of this place is very good and motivates you to do exercise or do a simple walk. Gym, grocery shops, jogging tracks, parks and open area are some of the amenities which are available inside the premises. So, there is no requirement to go anywhere outside for daily needs. Safety is taken care very well by the installed CCTV cameras and security guards who are available 24*7.
