Good things here
The society boasts a prime location with all essential amenities conveniently available at your doorstep, including basic shops, doctors, and grocery stores. The clubhouse offers excellent amenities, and the security facilities, including CCTV coverage throughout the society, ensure safety. The spacious and well-ventilated rooms receive ample natural light, enhancing the living experience. Moreover, the supportive and helpful society committee, along with its members, is always there to assist in any situation.
Things need improvement
The only drawback currently is the availability of autos and transportation, which is being addressed by raising the issue with the local corporator. Hopefully, it will be resolved soon for enhanced convenience.

This family-friendly residential area offers a clubhouse, party hall, and swimming pool, all at an average price for apartments.
Things need improvement
The road leading to the society is narrow and crosses over a river, requiring attention. Additionally, the delay charges for flats were excessively high, even during the Covid situation.

There isn't much to complain about. However, getting public transport like autos can be quite challenging. It's recommended to use your own vehicle for convenience when traveling.

Did not handover flat till now even after registration done before 4 years. Took 50000/- for maintenance even not handed over the flat till now

The Arihant Anshula Project in Taloja, Navi Mumbai, offers easy connectivity to key areas of the city. Surrounded by lush greenery, it enjoys close proximity to essential civic amenities.
Things need improvement
While Taloja Phase II is still in development, occasional traffic congestion may occur due to ongoing construction work and the movement of heavy vehicles, although it's infrequent. Currently, public transportation options directly from Phase II are limited. However, the society provides its own complimentary bus service to Kharghar Station, enhancing residents' connectivity.

Good things here
It's an overall great society considering the price point and provided amenities. The society is exceptionally well-maintained, and there's anticipation for a metro connection to the city and airport coming soon.
Things need improvement
Overall, I am satisfied with the home purchase, and there are no major issues. However, limited guest parking can be inconvenient for visitors. Additionally, there is no dedicated garden space within the society premises, although there is a lawn area.

This mini township offers spacious living with excellent carpet area and balconies in every room, kitchen, and hall. The finishing is of remarkable quality, with the builder even providing a Havells water purifier. Residents can enjoy the expansive and well-equipped amenities, including a spacious AC library, banquet hall for small-scale functions, excellent swimming pool, and top-notch gymnasium facilities.
Things need improvement
While the park and balconies in the flats could be more spacious, the prices of the flats are slightly on the higher side. Additionally, it would be beneficial to have basic daily needs shops opened within the society for convenience.

It's more than just a society; it's a mini township. The carpet area is excellent, and balconies are available in every room, kitchen, and hall. The finishing is remarkably well-done, and the builder even provided a Havel ls water purifier. The AC library and banquet hall are spacious, perfect for small-scale functions. The swimming pool is impressive, and the gymnasium facilities are also of good quality.
Things need improvement
The parks and balconies in flats could have been more spacious. The prices of flats are a bit on the higher side. It would be convenient if basic daily needs shops were opened within the society.
