Good things here
Within the society, there is a VIJETHA supermarket, pharmacy, ATM, and various amenities such as a badminton court, tennis court, basketball court, swimming pool, gym, clubhouse, and play areas, all easily accessible. The society has excellent security with CCTV cameras in place. Additionally, connectivity is optimal with a nearby metro station, and schools, hospitals, and shopping malls are all within a 200-meter radius. Maintenance is top-notch, ensuring regular water supply and reliable power backup systems. Furthermore, the construction quality is high, without any visible cracks or flaws.
Things need improvement
The location of our society is prime, but it suffers from a lot of traffic issues, especially at night and during rainy conditions.

Good things here
The society has numerous convenient facilities including a supermarket, clinic, daily vegetable stalls, salon, beauty parlor, and tailor shop, ensuring residents don't need to venture far for everyday necessities. Well-maintained recreational amenities such as a clubhouse, gym, swimming pool, and play areas cater to leisure activities for all ages, while excellent connectivity to international schools and hospitals nearby enhances convenience. Festive events are organized efficiently, with good maintenance with regular cleaning and reliable power backups at reasonable maintenance charges, making it an ideal living environment for residents.
Things need improvement
The major problem in this community is its parking because there are only limited spaces available for residents. The construction was done around 20 years ago so there are some minor seepages.

Good things here
The best part is that the metro in in frunt of the society. construction quality is just amazing i have not seen any cracks, seepage or any other issue till date in the society. the best part is that the socieyt have proper well maintained parks and society so it feels close to the nature.
Things need improvement
The only dislike of the society is that the parking is on the ground floor it self it could have been in the basement.

Good things here
I moved out of this community about 3 to 4 years ago. During my time there, it was well-connected due to a nearby metro station just outside the community. Schools and hospitals were within a 15-minute walk, and there were plenty of tech parks nearby since it's close to Hitech City. The amenities, like the clubhouse, gym, swimming pool, children's play area, and tennis court, were well-maintained. Plus, there were convenient facilities like a supermarket and salon in the vicinity. Power back up facilities were available, regular cleaniness and hygiene was maintained making the living standards better.
Things need improvement
The only problem is that the roads near the community were one-way roads, which is challenging when multiple vehicles pass through.

Good things here
One of the great things about this society is its prime location near the main road, ensuring excellent connectivity. Residents enjoy top-notch transportation options with bus stops, cab services, and a nearby metro station. Plus, international schools and hospitals are conveniently located within just 1 to 2 kilometers. Maintenance services are reliable, with garbage collection every other day, and the amenities are fantastic, including a grocery store, clubhouse, gym, basketball court, and swimming pool, all well-kept for residents to enjoy.
Things need improvement
There are some minor issues such as occasional neglect in cleaning the surroundings and inadequate maintenance of greenery.

This society is located in a prime location, with the metro station just opposite the society. Within the premises, residents have access to a Vijetha grocery store, a medical shop, and an ATM. There are excellent play areas available, including indoor and outdoor badminton courts, two long tennis courts, two regular tennis courts, and kids' play areas. Other amenities such as a gym, swimming pool, clubhouse, and separate walking tracks are also available and well-maintained for residents' comfort. Maintenance within the society is commendable, with regular garbage collection and water supply, as well as efficient power backup systems in place. Additionally, there is a committee dedicated to organizing various events and celebrations effectively for the residents' enjoyment.
Things need improvement
The construction quality of society is a major concern because residents frequently complain about seepage issues, even after they have been supposedly fixed.
