The market is nearby, and the school is also close by, so there's no need to travel far. The rooms and units are of good quality, and there are no issues with construction. In case of a power cut, the power backup kicks in within a second. All amenities are available, and parking is allotted to all residents
If the roads are damaged, it leads to traffic congestion and waterlogging issues. Therefore, I believe the roads should be properly maintained. During the summer, water tankers are required in the society, leading to a shortage of water, which is another issue that needs to be addressed.

Society me cleanliness kafi maintained thi. hygiene se related koi issue nhi tha.
Leakage and seepage ka bohot jada issue raheta tha. Market schools colleges kuch bhi pass me nhi milta tha. Auto and buses bhi accessible nhi thi.

Society was very well-maintained hygiene and cleanliness was up to the mark. Apartment was newly constructed. no seepage, cracks on the walls or waterproofing any construction related issues in the buildings. Covered and open both parking is available. Balcony is for every flats. Apps were used for security purpose. Playground, swimming pool and gym is present in the society.
Market was accessible but only daily need items used to get there, for other shopping need to go main market which is far away from the society. shopping malls were not nearby. availability of public transport like auto and bus was the big issue. Basement parking was not available. Gym was not up to the mark therefore I used to go another outside gym.

There are proper supply of water and power in the society. the society is well-maintained the construction quality of the buildings is good as it is a fairly new society and I have not faced any issues related to seepage or water leakage as of now. all amenities are available within the society itself and we do not have to go out for anything related to daily activities like swimming, working out, playing, etc. There is proper greenery in the society and thats what I like about it. there are proper play areas for children.
Public transport including cabs is not easily available in society, and the location of the society is not that good. the major issue is that busses are not available and many times if you book cabs and auto then they tend to cancel most of the times.

There are nearby local shops, super markets and grocery stores, available around the society. Hospital is nearby the society. connectivity of the society is convinient, public transports like auto, cabs are easily accessible outside the society. Power backup is available in the society, no major electricity issues that are faced. This society is kept clean, hygine is properly maintained. Garbage collections are also done properly on time. Proper hygine is maintained in the society. construction quality of the buildings is good, seepage and leakage issues are not seen in the apartments The society has got all amenities like gym, swimming pool, club house, play area for kids, garden. People are very educated and understanding in this society. Open space parking is availablle which is shaded. Security system is good. Security guards are available, CCTV cameras are installed and it works all over the society. Spacious balcony is available.
There are no malls nearby the society.

The school and college were within walking distance, but auto-rickshaws and cabs required going a bit further. The society's location was good; it was away from the noise of the road. There were no water problems, and the lifts worked well with power backup.The gym, swimming pool, and clubhouse were available and well-maintained. The residents were friendly, and cleanliness was maintained in the society. There were no problems with stray dogs, and the security of the society was good.
There were occasional issues with seepage and minor leakage in the society.The road that goes to the society is surrounded by fields on both sides. It can be scary to walk there at night because there aren't many people around, and there might be snakes or other animals.

Schools, hospitals, shopping malls, and other facilities are all within easy walking distance. Airport is around ten minutes away. Women are secure at night. adequate street lighting. Due to airport's proximity, traffic is fairly heavy.

Ample space for jogging and walking. Nearby is "Khandoba Mandir Tekdi," a beautiful hill. There is hardly any pollution in this area. A few locations, including Porwal Road and DN Parande park road are developing.

The neighbourhood is well-developed, with parks and recreational places for both kids and adults. The departmental stores in Lohegaon area make it simple to get daily supplies. There is an international airport in Lohegaon.
