The connectivity was good, and autos and cabs were easily available. The security system was up to the mark. The surroundings of the society were neat, clean, and hygienic. The maintenance system was great too.
The build quality wasn't impressive, and we faced issues with leakage and seepage inside the unit.

Society is little inside from the main road, so pollution rate inside apartment is zero which is good for senior citizen.
Connectivity is so bad, till 2 km you have to go by walking to catch local transport. Open parking has been provided, around 15 % resident has not got any parking in more than 100 flats.within the range of 500 meters no medical, grocery shop available. Builder has not delivered promised amenities, kids play area is of 10*10 which is so small for 667 flats.no rules regarding stray dogs entrance.

Allocated parking has been provided for the resident and visitors. Power back up facilities has been provided .good build quality of the apartment. All the amenities are very well maintained.bachelors are also allowed in the society.
Connectivity of the apartment is good, but there is no railway station nearby the society.

Builder has delivered all the amenities that he had promised, but these facilities were not in working condition.

Connectivity of the society is great, local transport facilities available easily. Build quality was great, no leakage and seepage issues. Power back up facilities were there. All the amenities were top-notch.
According to my living experience in that society was top-notch and i don't have any complain regarding anything.

Connectivity is of the society is top-notch. Security system of the society is up to the mark. People of the society are kind and helpful.
Construction quality of society can be improved. Maintenance facilities should also be enhanced.

Build quality of the society is very good, time to time painting has been done. Maintenance team is very cooperative.
Everything in the society is nice, no as such issues. It is just issue resolution process can be enhanced.

The playground for kids is nice, and the people are friendly in this neighborhood, making it a positive place to live.
There are traffic problems on the main road in Thanikuthur, making life inconvenient for people in this neighborhood.

There is almost no crime taking place inside or outside the area, so the crime rate is also low.

Perfect ventilation, Lively light, Utmost privacy and Smart space. It is an ideal project for individuals looking to purchase luxurious apartments with all the amenities at a reasonable price. Everything is within walking distance, including green parks, a gym, a swimming pool, an ATM, food stores, and other amenities. The inside roads are well developed and lit during the night. Also, there are CCTV cameras installed everywhere. Good connectivity with easy availability of public transport as well booking a cab is much easier as they always reach on time due to smooth traffic condition.
