Good things here
Living in Lodha has been a dream come true for me. The first time I visited, everything seemed perfect. The gym, the clubhouse, the library, the apartments, and the gardens are all well-maintained, creating an ideal living environment.
Things need improvement
As of now, I don't find any negative aspects in our society.

Good things here
The society is exceptionally clean and well-maintained, with thorough security measures including guards at every entrance and CCTV coverage. The guards are attentive and provide a sense of safety. The garden and clubhouse areas are beautifully kept. Residents are friendly, and the upcoming metro line will be a great addition. Plus, the presence of supermarkets, retail outlets, and food options enhances the convenience. The lush greenery adds to the scenic beauty of the area.
Things need improvement
Connectivity to Thane station is indeed a drawback, with a travel time of over 40 minutes and limited public transportation options, which can be inconvenient for those without personal vehicles. Additionally, the swimming pool is relatively small, and the high number of buildings may impact resale appreciation for investors.

Good things here
Rooms were quaite spacious,club was very well maintained.view from the apartment was beautiful.connectivity was good.all the amenities has been provided.
Things need improvement
Poor build quality,pop was falling of inside the apartment.leakage and seepage issue,water supply issues were there.doors of the units were of poor quality.

Good things here
The connectivity of the society is very as it is located near the busy road and public transport is easily avaliable around the society, and hospital is within the radius of 2 to 3 km and there are shops in side the society where all the necesary items are avaliable
Things need improvement
The schools are a bit far and the construction quality is not good as the wall is too sandy and seepage can seen

Resident of the apartment are very friendly ,we celebrate every festival all together.amenities are top notch.power back up facilities has been provided.24/7water supply.managing commitee is so attentive to resolve each and every issues.
Things need improvement
Railway station are not near by the apartment.build quality is poor,leakage and seepage issues in all over the units.more amenities shoul be added

Amenities are top notch,auto cabs are available easily .resident of the society are great.build quality is great.high security system and neat and clean surrounding,builder was very good and has delivered best.
Things need improvement
Managing commitee is worst,lots of interanal politics going on in the society .railway station is far away from the society.maintaining system should be improve.

Stray dogs enters the society ,which makes society unhygenic and dirty,during rairy season is its horrible experience.schools ,hospitals are not at walking distance.build quality is poor leakage and seepage issue.

Good things here
Connectivity was great ,main thing about mumbai is local railways for travelling ,this society was just 5 km away from thane station.high security system was provided ,women safety was priorities.
Things need improvement
There were amenities in the society but the tenant were not allowed to use them.sometimes resident has faced leakage and seepage issues.

Living experience in the society is top notch .high security sytem like every persons verification done on the entrance.guest and resident parking has been alloted.power back up available.24/7 water and electricity supply.top notch amenities has been provided.society is neat ,clean and hygenic.
Things need improvement
As such society is great but one thing which is drawback is it is on the corner side and there are no grocerry shops inside the campus ,so shopkeeper enjoys monopoly and high price range.grocerry shops are around 20 km away.
