Good things here

Sab bohot badiya hai society mein, har cheez acchi hai she said. Society clean rehta hai. Log acche rehte hain society mein. Amenities like gym, swimming pool, clubhouse sab hai society mein. Water supply & power supply is also satsfactory.

Things need improvement

Construction quality accha nahi hai bas, woh improve hina chahiye. Seepage/leakage ka problem rehta hai. This is the only issue she highlighted.

Good things here

Transportation connectivity near the society is satisfactory with availability of public transport options like buses,metro, autos and cabs. Malls and markets are also present nearby. Maintenance quality is also satisfactory with proper supply and power back up facility. There is a parking lot. Construction quality is good with no plasters and fittings related issues. Amenities like gym, play area, swimming pool and clubhouse are available in the premises. Residents are friendly and cooperative. CCTVs and Elevators are installed. Security guards are present.

Connectivity bohot achha hai society ka because bus, train, metro sab easily available hai , plus facilities like gym, swimming pool , clubhouse bhi sab available hai yahan society mein .

Seepage ka thoda bohot dikkat hai society flats mein , Last 5 - 6 saal se paint nhi hua hai society mein.

Good things here

Public transports like auto, buses, cabs are easily available outside the society, the connectivity of the society is very good. There are nearby local shops, super markets and grocery stores, schools, restaurants available outside the society. The society maintainance is very good, it's kept clean and hygine is maintained properly. Management works very good in maintaining the society. CCTV cameras are installed. Lifts are available and it is functional properly. The society has got good drainage system, there are no such water logging issues inside the society. facilities and amenities like gym, swimmingpool, club house, park, play area for kids are available in the society. cultural festivals and events are celebrated together in the society, People staying in the society are friendly and copperative.

The construction quality of the buildings not good, a bit of seepage and leakage issues are faced in my appartment as well as in the society. Wall quality is also not good in the appatments.

Good things here

As the society is a new developed society therefor the society construction quality is good so far, the roads around are also good and maintenance of the society is flawless. all amenities are available, I use the tennis court and badminton court the most. those are well maintained. cricket pitch and basketball court along with a gym and a swimming pool are also available. we have our own assigned parking spots so parking is not an issue. people around are very very friendly I like interacting with them. the best part is that we have a grand celebration for every festival like we had on 22nd january for Ram Mandir.

Though there is a shopping complex outside the society but is not a proper one. there should be a proper one jahan par sab kuchh mil jaae including restronts and cimina hall.

For visitors from outside, there are several reasonably priced PGs in the area. Markets, malls, cinema halls, schools, and universities are all close by. Because of its position, there are few traffic concerns, which is wonderful because it allows inhabitants to get to their destinations quickly. In addition, the residences are nicely constructed and equipped with all of the necessary amenities. Grocery stores, gyms, parks, a running track, and other amenities are all within walking distance. People are kept protected by CCTV cameras, police patrols, and security guards.

It delivers a lot of installations for the residents as it's having a huge place for tree plantation and gardening which makes a well-ventilated atmosphere across the campus. This residence comprising playgrounds for children, a swimming pool, gyms, spaces for meditation and yoga as well. I also meditate here every morning. Also, it has some open space for morning or evening walk for my parents. Many children play together every evening. Neighbours are so benevolent and irrespective of every religion, we all attend every festival. It has a huge hall for meetings and other communal activities as well.

In this project 3bhk, 4bhk and 5bhk flats are available. I have bought a 3 BHK flat for myself with much affordable prices with the perfect accommodation and flats have attached sundeck with decent room decoration and ample amount of spaces in the dining room, bedroom, kitchen and living room as well. Thus according to me, it's an excellent choice for everyone who are looking for a luxurious housing as well.

There is no metro connection located in this area. The nearest Metro station at Huda City Centre is about 19 km away. There is a lack of local transport services so that the dwellers have to use their personal vehicles. Inadequate and irregular amaount of civic water supply which compels us to depend on water tankers. And authority should take steps against it. Very low groundwater level will risk a serious risk of water shortage in future as I think.
