Atmosphere of the society is very spacios and comfortable. People are positive minded.
Connectivity like autos and cabs are not availabe in the society. Hospitals are also no having infort of the society.

I vacated the society 2 years ago. Cabs are easily available inside the society. Facilities are easily accessible in front of the society because the main roads are near. The society is near the Mumbai highway road and is situated in a famous location. The community is very good in the society. Maintenance charges are very reasonable for a 3BHK, around 1800 rupees.
It is an old construction, around 20 years old. Amenities like swimming pool and clubhouse are not available in the society. Pollution is present because the main road is near the society, and traffic is also a common issue. There is a lack of greenery in the society.

There is a vegetable market inside the society, and garbage collection occurs daily. The metro station is also nearby, approximately half a kilometer away from the society. Maintenance charges are 800 rupees per month. Water facility is good in the society, and there is power backup available throughout the society.
The construction quality is not good in the society, as it is an old building with visible cracks. Although amenities are available, maintenance is lacking in the society. Pollution is also present around the society. However, the main road is conveniently close to the society.

The clubhouse is very enjoyable, and people are very friendly and cooperative in the society. Power backup is available during power cuts, and water facility is good 24/7. Offices are nearby, within a 2-kilometer distance from the society. Facilities are all available within walking distance. Maintenance charges are also very reasonable, around 2000 rupees. Transportation is also good in the society, with autos available on the main road of the society.
The construction quality is not good; there are many leakages in the pipes. The building is old, approximately 24 years old. Repainting has also not been done yet.

I moved out of this society around 5 years ago. During my time there, the connectivity of the society was excellent because there were a lot of schools, hospitals, supermarkets, temples, and parks within a 1 km distance. Maintenance was also good in this society as I did not face any issues related to water or electricity. The people living here are friendly, and everyone celebrates all major festivals. Additionally, the locality is peaceful. Amenities such as good play areas for children and ample parking space are also available.
The major problem in this society is often water leakage in the majority of the flats due to the construction being around 20 years old.

In this society, approximately 300 families reside, enjoying excellent maintenance services. Daily garbage collection and disposal, 24-hour water supply, and the society's surroundings are always kept clean. The connectivity within the society is exceptional, with all essential amenities such as grocery stores and bus stops conveniently located within 100 meters. Additionally, a metro station lies within a 1 to 2-kilometer radius. This is around 20 years of construction but there are no problems with water leakages due to the good quality of construction. The society has amenities like playgrounds, basketball courts, and ample parking. The society's residents are friendly and all festivals are well celebrated.
There is a gym within the society, but it is closed due to poor maintenance. Additionally, there are no amenities such as a swimming pool or outdoor play areas.

Hospitals and supermarkets such as Ratnadeep and More are relatively close to the metro station. The transportation options are excellent. Security facilities are also kept in good condition. Good parking facilities for residents and a pleasant atmosphere throughout the community.

Well-kept society, excellent new administration. It is undeniably a nicer location to live. Excellent security, with all essentials close. There are not many disadvantages living here. It does not have a swimming pool... We can hear all transportation sounds because we are so close to the road.
