Good things here
Auto-rickshaws and cabs are easily available, and the metro station is also nearby the society. The rooms are spacious and well-ventilated. All amenities such as a swimming pool, clubhouse, and gym are available and well-maintained. There is 24-hour water and electricity supply, and there are no drainage issues in the society. The residents are good, and all festivals are celebrated in the society.Allocated parking is available for owners and visitors.Safe and security is ensured of the residents.
Things need improvement
Bachelors are not permitted in the society, and power backup is provided exclusively to common areas such as the lift and common lighting.

Good things here
He said main pehle rehta tha JM Orchid society mein, autos, cabs wagera mil jata tha. Recently mall ek open hua wahan society ke paas, restaurant bhi hain paas mein. Construction quality was above average, no issues there. Swimming pool tha society mein, gym bhi tha- playspace bhi tha society mein for children.
Things need improvement
Connectivity mein Buses wagera nahi milta tha paas mein woh issue tha, Mobile network ka bhi issues hota hai towers mein.

Good things here
She left tthe society 4 years back. Extremely good connectivity, with the presence of the Sector 75 metro.Very good cleanliness maintained within the society. CCTV issues were there though it is an electronic item, but issues were promptly addressed and fixed, enhancing security.Good quality paint used in construction, ensuring durability and aesthetics.Clubhouse, gyms, and parks were available and continuously improving. I know this because i visited there few days before. ,Middle segment stays there, everyone is not according to you but still they are cooperative.
Things need improvement
Construction issues, indicating potential structural or maintenance problems. Seepage issues, which can lead to property damage and inconvenience for residents.

Connectivity is good metro,auto are easily available hai . construction quality was also good , plaster and fitings are good.
Things need improvement
Facilities like clubhouse was not there . on rainy season basement was loging with water . people are faced some network issues.

Good things here
Schools and hospitals are nearby the society. Auto-rickshaws, metro, and cabs are easily available. The build quality is great, with no reported leakage or seepage issues in the society, and the fittings are of high quality. All amenities such as swimming pool, clubhouse, gym, etc., are available in the society. Maintenance facilities are provided on time. High security measures and CCTV surveillance are available in every area, and bachelors are allowed.
Things need improvement
Full power backup facilities are provided, but the cost is high. There are many stray dogs outside the society, which pose a risk. Maintenance charges are high but are considered worth the facilities.

The build quality was superb, with no reported instances of leakage or seepage. All amenities, including a swimming pool, clubhouse, and gym, were readily available within the society. Dedicated parking spaces were allocated for both owners and visitors. The community members were friendly, cooperative, and actively participated in celebrating festivals.
Things need improvement
However, the absence of solar panels was notable, and while generator facilities were available for all areas, the associated costs were considerably high.

Connectivity is excellent with auto stands, metro, and cabs easily accessible, and essential services are within easy reach. The society offers modern amenities such as a swimming pool, clubhouse, gym, kids play area, and a high-security system with CCTV. There is sufficient parking for both owners and visitors.

However, there are issues with poor build quality leading to leakage and seepage problems. The managing committee is not attentive to the needs of the residents. Maintenance charges are high, yet amenities are not well-maintained and seem to exist only in name. Additionally, only a few festivals are celebrated in the society.

Good things here
There were supermarkets conveniently located near the society, and transportation was easily accessible, including the metro. The quality of construction was excellent, with no reported issues. Rooms were spacious, well-designed, and attached with balconies, offering good ventilation. The fittings inside the units were of top-notch quality, and there were no reported issues. All modern amenities were available in the society, and everything was well-equipped.

Inside the society, there were no reported issues, but there were traffic problems outside during peak hours, causing inconvenience.

Good things here
Garbage was collecetd on time and it was disposed off nicely away from the society. Since the society was on walking distance from metro station, the connectiviity was super as well as there were many markets nearby the society. No issue with water clogging or infrastructure as such. facilities like swimmings pools were provided to the residents.
Things need improvement
Maintennance can be improved in tersm of their response time. Due to bad connection of telephones and network its hard to reach out to them tehrefore the things doesnt get fixed on urgent basis. Cleanliness of the society can eb taken care of better

Good things here
As I am a bit old my son drives me to places I want to visit so for me connectivity is good. construction quality of the building is good, there has never been an issue of seepage or leakage. the society is well maintained and all required amenities are available like gym, swimming pool, etc.
Things need improvement
Metro station is a bit far from society. maintenance cost of the society was a bit on the higher side.
