Good things here
Society has really good connectivity as local tranport facilities are easy to approach and even there are good schools and hospitals near by the society.Society has good security system as there are cctv in all the areas of the apartment.People over here are really good and coperative ,all the festivals are celebrated in the society.Cleaniness is good as timely garbage collection has been done in the society.
Things need improvement
Build quality is just average as the construction has become old and sometimes there are issues regarding leakage and seepage .Earlier there were all the amenities available in the society but right now zero aenities are functional except kids play area in the society.

Good things here
The construction quality is excellent, and there's a school conveniently located on the main road. It's a highly connected area with a nearby metro station, making it easily accessible. All amenities are in place and well-maintained, so there are no significant issues. Everything is well-maintained, including the functioning of the lifts and timely cleaning. There are no problems with waterlogging, making the society overall the best place to live.
Things need improvement
There is a significant traffic issue due to the construction of the metro. otherwise, there is no need for further improvement in society, society is perfect in everything.

Good things here
Within the range of 2 km you will get each and every facilities regarding essentials and local transport,even though railway station is at walkable distance.Rooms of the apartment were quite spacious.society was neat ,clean and hygenic environment.
Things need improvement
Club house of the society is not accesable since year due to some issues with neighbour society.atmosphere is so noicy as railway track is beside the apartment.

Good things here
Withing the range of 5 km ,everything was available in terms of local transport facilities or essentials . allocated parking has been provided for both visitors and resident. security and Maintenance system is great

There are no amenities present in the society which is a major draw back for the society

Railway station is at walking distance,cabs auto available easily.maintainance of the apartment is quite good .neat clean and hygenic environment inside the apartment
Things need improvement
Club house and swimming pool is not in working condition .earlier resident faced leakage issues but its resolved now. there are power cuts issues as well.

Good things here
My experience in the society was decent. There were no issues with seepage or leakage, and the construction quality was good. I never encountered any problems with maintenance, and the roads were well-maintained, so there was never any issue with waterlogging
Things need improvement
There were limited amenities available. Apart from the buildings, there was only a walking area. The school, hospital, and market were all located 2-3 kilometers away, requiring a trip to Bhandup or Powai for these facilities.

Good things here
Metro's construction is going on. Schools, colleges, restaurants are nearby. all local transport like autos and buses everything is nearby connectivity is great. water supply is 24*7. security is great. people are cooperative and celebrate every festival. parking space is allotted for visitors also. clean society.
Things need improvement
Traffic jam issue is there mainly in peak hours on the main road. society doesn’t have mandir inside. flats don’t have balconies. there was leakage issue back then. shopping malls are 2-3 km away from the society.

Good things here
Everything is good; I don't face any issues like seepage or leakage in my flat. Our society's maintenance charges are reasonable compared to neighboring societies. Connectivity is excellent as there is a metro station just 500 meters away, and there is a bus stop right outside the building.
Things need improvement
While there are amenities in the society, they are not currently functional. Since this is a government site, there are no additional facilities to improve upon, so once construction is completed, the existing green space should remain as it is.

Good things here
The connectivity of the society was excellent, with bus services nearby and a metro under construction nearby. The railway system was also operational. The build quality was great, with no issues of decay or seepage, and the fittings were of substandard quality. The residents were cooperative, and pets were allowed in the society with proper rules and regulations. All festivals were celebrated in the society, and the maintenance department was efficient with issue resolution protocols in place. Garbage collection was conducted daily, with wet and dry waste segregated. Security was excellent, with CCTV surveillance covering all areas and guards available 24/7. There was 24-hour water and electricity supply, and allocated parking spaces were provided for both owners and visitors passing through the society.
Things need improvement
The major drawback of their society is the lack of amenities such as a swimming pool, clubhouse, kid's play area, and gym. Although there is a small kid's play area available, the society used to have a swimming pool and clubhouse, but due to issues within the team, they were shut down and have remained non-functional since.

The experience of renting at Gundecha Altura has been positive. The flats are well-maintained and offer a comfortable living environment. The management staff is attentive and guarantees a simple rental process.
