lots of space for parking...there is small swimming pool for society members and free access to gym in ground floor....lots of international English medium school for children nearby...good security as guard is always there at main gate...lift is working fine and good material used in making apartment as no leaking from ceiling and no putty falls from walls...

Quality of roads were great. There were no water clogging situation during monsoon. There is no history of crime in our neighbourhood.
