The maintenance services are satisfactory, ensuring the smooth functioning of essential utilities like water supply, which is reliable and meets residents' needs effectively. The presence of lifts and CCTV surveillance enhances security and convenience within the community. Additionally, the parking allotment system seems to be well-organized, minimizing parking-related issues for residents.The availability of a gym adds value to residents' lifestyle choices, promoting fitness and wellness within the community.
Things need improvement
The lack of a swimming pool.Connectivity issues requiring residents to walk for 5-10 minutes and the absence of nearby shops can be inconvenient. Despite being minimal, the presence of seepage, leakage, and hard water can be concerning

Good things here
Ola and Uber come to the society. The society is clean, and water is available 24/7. There are no issues of leakage or seepage in our flat. Ventilation is good, and there are amenities like a gym, podium, play area, and garden. Residents are nice and celebrate festivals together. Lifts are well-maintained, and maintenance charges are normal. Security is good, and there is ample parking space.
Things need improvement
Auto rickshaws are not available near the society; one has to go to the main road to find them. One road near the society is newly constructed and good, but the others are not in good condition, and there has been significant development of slum areas nearby. There is no swimming pool in the society.
