The apartment boasts 75% open space, a well-equipped clubhouse with a hall, picture projection, a supermarket, and a gym. The green area is extensive, covering a swimming pool and a children's play area. The overall maintenance is commendable. Its proximity to RMZ and Cipro New Tech Park adds to its advantageous location.
The maintenance costs are high, and there are occasional issues with seepage in the walls. The construction quality is considered average, but overall, it's deemed satisfactory.

Had Euphoria is conveniently located near the new Cipro corporate office, and with the approval of the Sarjapur-Hebbal Metro line, it will be within walking distance to the metro station. Over the past three years, the association has diligently provided various amenities within the apartment, including Amharic Fresh for groceries, Apollo Clinic for medical services, Celebrate Life Unisex Salon, a bakery, Laundry, a stationery shop, and even an ATM. The amenities are well-maintained, and the apartment features an excellent gym. The clubhouse offers a squash court, gym, a dedicated floor for indoor games, and a party hall with a capacity for 100 people. The large and well-maintained swimming pool, multiple children's play areas, a volleyball court, basketball court, two cricket pitches, and a dedicated zone for pets make it an overall excellent place to live.
There are some issues, including the fact that the entry road hasn't been repaired for a while. There were water shortages during a year when Bangalore faced a water crisis. The bathroom flush water pressure can be erratic at times, and cabs occasionally cancel seeing the destination.

The well-designed apartments offer comfortable living spaces. Top-notch amenities like the gymnasium and swimming pool are well-maintained. The staff is friendly and responsive, ensuring a pleasant living experience.
The location is characterized by noise and lacks peace and tranquility. The quality of construction and finishing is subpar, leading to frequent maintenance issues. The promised amenities are often underwhelming and poorly maintained. The management's response to resident concerns is perceived as slow and ineffective.
