1) Apollo Clinic is conveniently located within the complex. 2) An ATM facility is available within the complex. 3) A salon is also available within the complex for residents' convenience.

1) The layout of the flats is not uniform throughout the complex. 2) Units within the same complex vary in size, ranging from 1 BHK to 4 BHK. 3) The bathroom tiles are of poor quality, affecting the overall appearance. 4) Closed bathroom shafts lead to STP smells in some bathrooms. 5) The Carry your shoes to Gym rule is considered unreasonable by some residents. 6) There are instances of dogs urinating in the walkways. 7) Some dog owners believe it's their dog's right to urinate anywhere they want, causing inconvenience to others.

Good things here
The open space is very pleasant because there is ample room, making it ideal for walking. Additionally, the ventilation is excellent, allowing for fresh air circulation. Within 900 meters walkable distance resident get all needs like buses cabs shopping malls supermarkets school hospitals and they have Otis lift and lift Maintenance is good walls quality is good they have amenities like gym swimming pool children play area tennis court in their society write 30 words

During the rainy season, the society experiences occasional waterlogging issues on the road, causing inconvenience to residents and affecting mobility, especially during heavy rainfall.

The apartment boasts 75% open space, a well-equipped clubhouse with a hall, picture projection, a supermarket, and a gym. The green area is extensive, covering a swimming pool and a children's play area. The overall maintenance is commendable. Its proximity to RMZ and Cipro New Tech Park adds to its advantageous location.
Things need improvement
The maintenance costs are high, and there are occasional issues with seepage in the walls. The construction quality is considered average, but overall, it's deemed satisfactory.

The location is a bit far from the market, and delivery charges are relatively higher than normal. However, overall, it is considered good for families.

Had Euphoria is conveniently located near the new Cipro corporate office, and with the approval of the Sarjapur-Hebbal Metro line, it will be within walking distance to the metro station. Over the past three years, the association has diligently provided various amenities within the apartment, including Amharic Fresh for groceries, Apollo Clinic for medical services, Celebrate Life Unisex Salon, a bakery, Laundry, a stationery shop, and even an ATM. The amenities are well-maintained, and the apartment features an excellent gym. The clubhouse offers a squash court, gym, a dedicated floor for indoor games, and a party hall with a capacity for 100 people. The large and well-maintained swimming pool, multiple children's play areas, a volleyball court, basketball court, two cricket pitches, and a dedicated zone for pets make it an overall excellent place to live.
Things need improvement
There are some issues, including the fact that the entry road hasn't been repaired for a while. There were water shortages during a year when Bangalore faced a water crisis. The bathroom flush water pressure can be erratic at times, and cabs occasionally cancel seeing the destination.

The well-designed apartments offer comfortable living spaces. Top-notch amenities like the gymnasium and swimming pool are well-maintained. The staff is friendly and responsive, ensuring a pleasant living experience.
Things need improvement
The location is characterized by noise and lacks peace and tranquility. The quality of construction and finishing is subpar, leading to frequent maintenance issues. The promised amenities are often underwhelming and poorly maintained. The management's response to resident concerns is perceived as slow and ineffective.
