Good things here
Auto,cabs are easily available near by the society.ALl the modern amenities are present in the society and tenants are not charged extra to use any of the facilities.Attentive managing committee to resolve issues in the apartments.Full power back up facilities are given to the residents.High security system all the areas are coverd with cctv and proper garbage disposible system has been adopted in the society.
Things need improvement
Parking area of the apartment is not that spacious every unit has 1 allocated parking and even visitors parking is outside the apartment.

Good things here
Pune Mumbai highway is just 1.5km away from the society. bus stop is near to the society autos and cabs easily available market is just walkable distance from the society, no leakage or seepage issue,
Things need improvement
There is no meter for drinking water they should install that it would be more convenient.

Good things here
Auto,cabs are easy to approach near by the society.High security system as women safety has been priorities and there are cctv and security gaurds available in the society.Allocated parking space is available in the society for owners and visitors.Garbage collection is done time to time in the society.Society is neat,clean and well maintained.
Things need improvement
There is only few amenities in the society like play fround ,club house,gym only.There is no swimming pool in the society.

Good things here
Transportation connectivity is good with availability of cabs, buses and autos nearby. Hospitals and schools are also available nearby. Maintenance is fine with timely disposal of waste and garbage. Construction quality is fine as renovations has been done recently, thus no seepage issues exist. People are friendly and cooperative. They celebrate all the festivals together.
Things need improvement
We don't have a metro station close by in our neighborhood. Also, there is no gym, swimming pool, or clubhouse available for everyone. It would be nice to have these facilities because then we could travel by metro easily and have places to exercise, swim, and gather together.

Good things here
The society has all modern amenities and is well-maintained. The residents are cooperative, and there are no issues with ventilation or leakage/seepage in the flats. The society is clean, and water is available 24*7. The roads outside the society are in good condition, and auto-rickshaws are easily accessible nearby.
Things need improvement
The water for drinking comes from tankers as it is not supplied by the corporation, so it tends to be hard water. Therefore, RO systems are installed in the society for purification. Although a swimming pool has been constructed, it has not yet been opened for use. The road near the society connects to Hinjewadi, where there is a significant traffic issue.

The homes are well constructed and spacious enough to allow sunlight and fresh air. Wide roads and well-maintained is an additional advantage along with power backup. It is one of the best societies from the point of view of safety and security. Suitable for working couples and parents as the standard safety measures are taken care of. Good connectivity to shops, malls, ATMs, colleges and schools, and all other basic amenities are available within a walking distance.

The senior citizens can also comfortably stay here without worrying about safety because neighbors are helpful and there CCTV cameras are installed in the entire society along with the secured guards. The connectivity to 34 Park Estate is exceptionally good as you can quickly book a cab or taxi and it reaches you quickly without facing jams. It is an ideal place for youngsters as there are lots of parks, a gym and quality built roads. All major schools, colleges, and institutes are nearby which further relieves the parents. Ola, Uber cabs arrive on time, there are bus stops, and everything is nearby.

Properties are available in this project with 100% power backup. The lush green park, jogging track makes you feel light and fresh. CCTV cameras with security professionals make you feel safer. High-quality construction with impeccable home design from inside as well outside is what describes this place best. The public transport is within reach and there is no traffic problem outside and because of this reason cabs arrive on time. The connectivity is so good that you will never face any issues while booking a cab or reaching your destination as there are no traffic jams or snarls.

There are many schools, colleges, institutes and local markets which are available át a 5-10 minutes walking distance. Impressive construction with modern design and right prices of the homes in this project is what you get. Affordable areal estate rates as compared to any other project in this locality. 24 hours water supply and electricity supply is a normal thing here. Access to public transport is also easy and anyone can comfortably commute even at night without worries.
