Transportation connectivity is good, with autos available within walking distance. Ola and Uber facilities are also accessible, along with personal transportation options. There are no issues related to maintenance. Power backup facilities are available. The construction quality is satisfactory, with no seepage or other concerns. Security against stray dogs is ensured with precautions within the society. Basic amenities include a swimming pool and parks. The society is divided into 4-5 blocks, each containing an individual park and shopping complex.
People with mixed personalities exist in society. Working individuals may raise objections to the loud noise during cultural and social events taking place in the society. There was a problem with a higher number of ants in the household

He said main pehle rehte tha Tata housing society mein. Connectivity accha tha, sab paas mein tha. Market wagera paas mein tha. Society mein parking area bhi tha. Maintenance mein bhi koi issue nahi tha. Balconies the flats mein. Construction quality bhi accha tha, plaster ya seepage/leakage ka koi issue nahi hua kabhi. Amenities like swimming pool, gym & clubhouse were there in the society. Lifts bhi tha society mein.
Society ke bahar construction chal rahi thi, jiski wajah se kaafi disturbance , noise & air pollution rehta tha waha society mein, so this was a drawback when I was living there, he said.

Society has almost every absic thing that is needed to sustain Connectivity is no issue for the residents of thes ociety as the cabs are easily available along with public transportation. maintenance of the society is keepsw getting checked from time to time. There is no seepage issue or weak walls issue in the society.
There is nothing about the society that can be pointed in terms of improvement or betterment, it is a very decent society with all basic amenities

It's constructed in a large area with plenty of green spaces, offering a wide variety of housing types, from basic apartments to villas. The construction quality is excellent, and almost every amenity is impressive. The clubhouse, equipped with a well-functioning gym and other sports facilities, is notable. The placement of houses is designed to avoid a claustrophobic or compact feel, providing an open and airy ambiance. Additionally, the layouts of the houses are well-thought-out in terms of functionality.
There are a couple of aspects that might be a bit disappointing. Firstly, the location of the project is quite far from the city within Gurugram, making it challenging to reach places, especially since the metro station is quite far away, and the roads outside the society are not well-maintained. Additionally, the presence of a power plant near a part of the society poses a problem.

It's a great gated community with entrance security. The clubhouse is quite spacious and offers a variety of amenities, including a swimming pool, gym, badminton court, squash court, chess, and other board games.
The main road and metro station are about 3 km away. The water supply comes from Habbagowdi Lake located behind, but it's hard water, which may not be ideal.

The community has a good crowd with a 24-hour power supply, providing a sense of security. There is minimal interference from outsiders, and the people are well-behaved, civilized, and cultured.

The society boasts lush green areas with direct connectivity to roads. It provides 24/7 power backup, running water, and tight security. The environment is quiet and calm. Additionally, the society is well-equipped with various amenities such as a supermarket, gym, club, sports room, AV room, and a restaurant at the terrace garden, offering a comprehensive living experience.
A few drawbacks include the distance of the metro station from the society, noise from construction workers during their activities, and the absence of a hospital within the society

This seems to be one of the best societies in Gurgaon, offering comprehensive facilities within the community. The well-maintained club provides various indoor sports, and the parks are carefully looked after. There are dedicated grounds for outdoor sports like cricket, basketball, and badminton. The swimming pool is available in both winters and summers, with a separate splash pool for children. The security measures in the society are excellent, making it a conducive environment for children's development and overall quality living.
The society has notably high maintenance charges, and the house rents are also on the higher side. Traffic jams, particularly during monsoons, are a common issue on the road outside the society. Unfortunately, there is no nearby metro connectivity. Another concern is the inadequacy of parking space to accommodate the high number of cars owned by the society residents.

The construction quality is excellent in this area, and it's a good place to live. Every facility you need is available nearby, and there are big malls and shopping complexes situated close to the society.
One major drawback of the society is the restriction on car parking; only two-wheelers are allowed to park.
