Nearby mall,markets ,super ,markets , school college,hospiatl all are there. good greenery environment.

Things need improvement

Amenitis like swiming pool , gym these facilities are have not there . maintenance should be better.

Everythig is good parking space are available in the society, all the necessary amenities here like gym, swimming pool and clubhouse.

All the things are available in the society but there is limited visitor's parking and it should be improved.

Good things here

Local Auto, Cabs are easily available. Society's cleanliness and facilities are also above average and appreciated.

Things need improvement

Metro is far away from the society, this thing can be improved. and there is also issue of stray/street animals and pets. Earlier complaint also done regarding this, but nothing has been done yet.

Good things here

The society is impeccably maintained with two entry and exit points for clarity. The parking space is well-kept, and there's a pristine swimming pool. Plenty of space for children to play as well.

Things need improvement

The white houses have faded to an off-white shade. The RWA seems indifferent to changes made in houses. While there's enough parking, it's often dirty and not well-maintained. Unfortunately, the pool tables are not functional.

The place is beautiful and impeccably maintained. The staff is obedient, and being a gated community, residents have installed the Gate app for controlled visitor access.

Things need improvement

Water seepage poses a bit of a concern, and occasional elevator issues take up to two days for repair. Unfortunately, there's no metro connectivity. While shops aren't within the society, they are conveniently located just in front.

This society enjoys a strategic location near the Rapid Metro line, connecting Guru gram to the Delhi Metro at Sikandarpur Metro Station. Living here eliminates the hassle of Son Road traffic, offering convenient access to key locations like JMD Megapolis, M3M Cosmopolitan, Golf course extension, and Dog Vicar through newer wider roads. The amenities include a swimming pool, tennis court, jogging track, children's play area, all in well-maintained condition. Uninterrupted power backup and a robust network of CCTV cameras ensure top-notch security for residents.

Things need improvement

The roads in this area face challenges during the monsoon, getting clogged with drain water and flooded. Commuting from office to home becomes challenging during this season. Public transport buses are unavailable, but private cabs and taxis are easily accessible with just a click. While there are parks in the society, they are not well-maintained, and the same applies to the parking spaces.

Exciting developments with an under-construction swimming pool and clubhouse. There are parks and swings for kids, along with amenities like a lawn tennis court, badminton courts, and a volleyball area. Additionally, there's a possibility of a cricket pitch under consideration.

Things need improvement

The area currently lacks development, but being just 2 minutes from the Dark Expressway, there's potential for significant progress in the near future.

Good things here

The staff and faculty are exceptional, and security measures ensure safety outside the building. The interiors are beautifully furnished, and it's a pet-friendly society. It's an ideal place for kids with ample space to play, including an amazing park.

Things need improvement

Increasing the number of staff in the housekeeping department would help improve maintenance standards, and installing a larger number of cameras around the building would enhance security measures.

Things need improvement

Negatives include a high power rate of 28 per unit during power cuts, the ongoing construction of the club and gym, and the absence of a website for paying electricity bills.
