Good things here
Overall, the society is good. The metro is nearby, just a short distance from the society. There are no issues with water logging. We have amenities like a gym, swimming pool, play area, and parking within the society. The people in the society are also very cooperative.
Things need improvement
The construction quality is exceptionally poor, and certain areas of the society are plagued by problems with termites and seepage.

Good things here
Transportation connectivity was good with easy availability of cabs and buses. Maintenance and construction quality was good. There was no seepage issues. Amenities like clubhouse, swimming pool and gym were available. Grocery and general store was available. The outside area was also surrounded by the market. Schools and hospitals were 1 km away. Residents were friendly and celebrated all the festivals together. Would like to rate the overall experience in the society as 4.

After analysing all the factors related to the society maintainence, no such dislike could be found

Good things here
The society is very well-maintained because there's always a cleaner ready to clean the buildings instantly, 24/7. There are also CCTV cameras and lifts installed in the society; and it's easy to find autos outside the society.
Things need improvement
Although there is no such issue the society; but sometimes during rainy season parks had water logging problem but the issue is resolved within half n hour by the maintenance sector.

Good things here
During my stay, all amenities such as the gym, clubhouse, and tennis courts were available. The goodaspect was the sense of security; one could go for walks at any hour, and there was abundant greenery in the surroundings
Things need improvement
If we get anythin done by the maintenance like things related to plumbing or electricity ,they charge us even after paying the maintenance charges, seepage issues are also there in the flats. Another problem is that visitors coming from outside park their vehicle in the reserved parking space of the residents

Good things here
The society isn't close to the metro, but the roads are good, and the metro is about 8 km away. Other public transport options are reliable.Security is commendable, and all lifts are operational. Amenities are well taken care of, and residents engage in their own activities, but come together for festivals.Most residents are owners rather than tenants. Nearby markets, malls, and entertainment options like PVR are convenient.
Things need improvement
Maintenance is lacking, with issues like cracked plaster and excessive seepage. the builder's casual attitude towards maintenance issues needs improvement, as quick resolutions are lacking.

Good things here
Transportation connectivity is satisfactory, public transport like autos, rikshaws and cabs are easily available. Markets are also available. Amenities like gym, play ground, swimming pool and clubhouse are available.
Things need improvement
Maintenance quality is very poor, as elevators, building, outer area and parks are not well maintained. Security system is also not well maintained. Construction quality is really poor with seepage issues. Amenities are also not maintained properly.

All amenities are available like gyml, pool, clubhouse. connectivity of the society is fine kabhi koi dikkat nahi ai connectivity ko lekar. the road quality inside and around the society is actually good smooth roads hai har jagah aas paas.

Maintenance society ki us hisaab se nahi hai jis hisaab se ye charge karte hai.

Good things here
The society has top notch maintainence and cleanliness service. CCTV Cameras, lifts ar there. People are friendly and cooperative. Swimming pools, gyms are there.
Things need improvement
Metro is not available near the society and residents have to travel for reaching metro station.Other facilities are good.

Good things here
The connectivity of the society is very convinient, public transports like auto, buses, cabs are easily available at a walkable distance outside the society. CCTV cameras are installed. Lifts are available and it functional properly. facilities and amenities like gym, swimmingpool, club house, play area for kids are available in the society.
Things need improvement
Metro is not available near the society. The construction quality is average, seepage and leakage issues are faced in the buildings. Mainly I go for work and I've been staying in the society for more than 10 years now, generally I don't have much of a interactions with the people of this society.

Connectivity here is excellent, making travel convenient. Maintenance is consistently reliable, eliminating any concerns. Amenities such as the gym, clubhouse, and pool offer varied activities. The infrastructure stands out with no leaks, seepage, or waterlogging problems. Additionally, the collective celebration of festivals among people of diverse backgrounds enhance our experience.
Things need improvement
Public transport is not easily available as the society is in the outskirts.Also water gets filled in basement during the rainy season.The quality of materials used in building is also poor as there are cracks in the walls and plaster is coming out
