While water is available, it's not always pure and clear; sometimes it's dirty and contains sand and gravel. Although there are hospitals nearby, they may not offer a wide range of facilities. Additionally, the closest market is located about 3km away

Frequent traffic jams can be a challenge, but utilizing the metro can alleviate this issue. Additionally, maintenance costs are high due to the VIP status of the colony. Water taste can be a concern, but having a Kent water purifier resolves this issue. However, limited parking spaces cause numerous problems within the society.
