The society boasts ample open space and lush greenery, creating a refreshing environment. The well-equipped lift ensures convenience for residents. Additionally, the excellent power backup adds to the reliability of the infrastructure. Furthermore, the robust security measures contribute to a sense of safety and peace of mind for residents.
Things need improvement
Connectivity is a bit challenging as the society is located on the outskirts. However, the convenience of having everything delivered here mitigates this issue.

I have just booked a flat here. As of now, I can't comment on anything. The positive feedback I am giving here is based on what my family, who live in the society, have told me. They have mentioned only positive aspects, stating that the society and management are very nice, and there are no problems with seepage, water supply, or electricity.
Things need improvement
I'll provide feedback soon if I encounter any issues. Currently, the only problem I see is with the expressway construction. Firstly, the project is delayed, resulting in the current poor condition of the roads.

Heritage Max is perfectly situated right on the expressway, making it a premium location. The society boasts well-maintained facilities, including the club, gym, swimming pool, and gardens, all of which are impeccably maintained and visually appealing.

Improving the approaching road from the main road is essential as it's currently patchy and in need of renovation.

The area is very well maintained, with all basic amenities nearby, including schools, hospitals, playgrounds, markets, and mosques.

The water supply system requires improvement by the municipal corporation. However, maintenance charges are notably low. There's also a suggestion for enhancing the aesthetics of the shop line area.
