In South Bombay, autos were not available, but cabs and everything were easily available nearby the society. Maintenance services were really prompt and quick. There were no issues regarding water supply in the society or waterlogging. The build quality was good. There were no leakage or seepage issues in the society. Cleanliness was good, and hygiene was maintained in the society. Lifts were installed and fully maintained in the society. CCTVs were there in all the areas, so security was ensured for the residents.
As far as we lived there, there were hardly any issues that came across me. However, the society did not have any amenities like swimming pool, clubhouse, gym, etc., during that time.

Society is opposite ot a metro station, connectivity is the USP of the society and hence the cabs and auto are easily available. Garbabge collection of the society is well maintained. There are swimming pools for even kids as well. Cultural events are being celebrated often
Issues with fittings of and plaster. Trouble with water supply as on daily basis , or on alternate basis the society passes on the notice about shortage of water and the underground water is very hard in general. Fittings near the swimming pool is broken.

All residents are well educated and decent. local shopping market is near by the society. water supply and security are 24*7, all modern amenities like paly area, garden etc are present and well maintained as well. societies maintenance is plus point of the society.
Local transport bus and autos are not assessable from the society if you have your own vehicle then only you can travel on time or you need to book olla or uber. shopping malls are not nearby. there is always traffic jam on the roads leading towards society. there are some seepage issues in flats mainly in monsoon.

Transportation connectivity is very good, with public transport options available. Maintenance quality was good with regular water supply and no water logging issues. Construction quality was also good, with no seepage and leakage issues. Amenities like gym, swimming pool and clubhouse were available. Lifts and parking were available. Residents were not very friendly.
Society has been converted from a premium society to bachelor's society, as a lot of bachelors have started living there in recent times.

Auto cabs were easily available nearby the society. Transportation was really good. The build quality was really good, as there were no seepage or leakage issues in the apartment. Hygiene was maintained as planned and prioritized on a daily basis. 24-hour water and electricity were available in the society. All the amenities were available in the society, such as swimming pool, clubhouse, gymnasium, kids' play area, garden space, etc., and everything was very well maintained and fully functional. People there were really cooperative and helpful in the society.
The main issue that I pointed out in that society was pets roaming around the society. Many residents had their own pets, so that wasn't a bad part. However, they were responsible for cleaning up after their pets and it should have been done according to the rules. There was also a waterlogging issue outside the area, which shouldn't have been there, as the build quality of the outside road was not good.

Garbage collection and power backup services are excellent.Availability of swimming pool and clubhouse which only gets beneficial for the residents.Adequate parking facilities are provided for residents.
The problem of leakage spreading from one tower to another is a concern that needs to be addressed. The maintenance service is not proactive, potentially leading to delays in addressing issues.

All the basic amenities like shops, malls, schools, and major colleges are nearby. Safety and security are taken care of nicely with the support of CCTV cameras and security guards which greatly reduce the fear of any kind of problem to the kids or women. The biggest reason to stay here is that it is pocket friendly and it is much easier to travel to any part of the city without any hassle as the connectivity is quite good.

It is conveniently located near RV Engineering College, Mysore Road, and other amenities. The fresh, clean environment of this project, as well as the perfectly crafted homes, will urge you to stay. There are no safety issues because of the CCTV cameras and security staff who are continuously on the lookout. The beautiful green parks and other amenities are all easily accessible on-site, which is a huge plus. Police patrols are undertaken at regular intervals to ensure the safety of the citizens.

VSL Greenage was the right option we have chosen for our next home. It offers the ideal residential plot and we fell in love with it. Nice amenities and excellent plan!

This project offers a good location which is the biggest advantage for me. The location is in the prime location and has been designed & developed by a world-class architect. This area has good security with good cellular tower connectivity too. Some water logging issues arise in the monsoon It is beautifully designed and crafted to meet high-end iconic lifestyle which surprisingly comes in an affordable price range. Many green plants and open space for occupants but some problems such as poor maintenance and high care costs are still there. Some noise from construction during the day is okay because it's not forever.
