The society is located in front of the main road, providing easy access to transportation. The availability of power backup ensures uninterrupted electricity supply for residents. Moreover, having excellent construction quality reflects on the durability and safety of the buildings. A well-maintained walking area and planned trees add to the aesthetic appeal and promote a healthy lifestyle. Additionally, the presence of stores like Sarana and nearby grocery stores offers convenience for residents' daily needs.
Things need improvement
The absence of a swimming pool and small room sizes in the society, which may affect residents' recreational and living experiences. Additionally, traffic issues within the society can lead to inconvenience and discomfort for residents. High maintenance charges and rents can also pose challenges for residents in terms of affordability. Moreover, having the railway station located 5-6 kilometers away from the society can add to commuting difficulties. These issues may need to be addressed by the society management or relevant authorities to improve the overall living conditions for residents.

The water facilities in the society are excellent, especially when compared to other apartments. Power is also consistently available. The garden area is exceptionally clean, with abundant greenery throughout the society. Cleaning of the society is also very good, with maintenance occurring twice daily. Amenities such as the swimming pool, clubhouse, and gym are well-maintained in the society. Additionally, cabs are readily available if booked in advance.
Things need improvement
The construction quality is subpar, with leakages in water pipes. Additionally, the metro is quite distant from the society, approximately 3 kilometers away. The railway station is also inconveniently far, about 20 kilometers from the society.

Cabs and autos are readily available just outside the society, within walking distance. Within a 100-meter radius, all facilities such as sports academies, restaurants, playgrounds, shopping malls, and children's parks are conveniently located. The compounds are expansive, ensuring minimal pollution. Security is top-notch with strict access control; entry is only granted with an access card. Moreover, the main road is nearby, making it easily accessible for various needs.
Things need improvement
The metro is currently under construction approximately 3 kilometers from the society. At times, traffic issues arising from the construction can be quite irritating.

Public transportation such as buses is conveniently available within walking distance. Cabs and autos can also be found on the main road. The society is equipped with power backup facilities. Saravana Stores is situated opposite the society, providing various amenities. Maintenance charges are very reasonable. Moreover, the people in the society are both friendly and educated.
Things need improvement
The water quality in the society is poor, often containing dust particles, necessitating the use of filters even for bathing. Additionally, the shower facilities are damaged due to the poor water quality. The construction quality of the society is also subpar, with issues such as water accumulation in basements during rainfall and water leakages through windows during rainy weather.

The society is located on the 100-feet main road, ensuring excellent connectivity as all basic needs such as supermarkets, vegetable shops, and pharmacies are within walking distance. Additionally, several schools and hospitals are conveniently situated within 500 meters. The maintenance is top-notch, with the association responding promptly to any issues. Construction quality is high, as there are no major leakage problems. Amenities include a gym, swimming pool, clubhouse, indoor sports facilities, a kids' play area, park, temple, supermarket, and ample open space for walking. Overall, it's a vibrant community where everything is kept clean.

There are a lot of traffic problems due to the metro construction occurring near the community.

The society enjoys excellent connectivity, being centrally located in the city, with a nearby bus stop, and the upcoming metro access adds further advantage. There is a supermarket, pharmacy, and shops like salons and parlors are within walking distance from the society. Moreover, power backup systems are available for all flats within the society. The construction, completed 7 to 8 years ago, boasts a well-thought-out design with good ventilation in almost every flat. Additionally, the amenities provided, including a clubhouse, swimming pool, children's play area, park, and walking tracks, are well-maintained and highly appreciated by residents. With approximately 300 families currently residing here, there exists a dedicated committee responsible for organizing events.

The construction quality is poor because of the low quality of wood used for doors and windows. Additionally, the flooring tiles are of poor quality, and there are some issues with seepage. Furthermore, the water quality is also poor.

The maintenance facilities excel, with regular cleaning ensuring the surroundings are always kept in pristine condition.

Access to the security doors in this society is activated and deactivated using access cards, but it can be challenging when residents are in a hurry due to the lack of any notification.
