Society maintenance is very good, markets, shops are near by which is a plus point.

Network issue is a serious issue here and also the lifts are not working properly.

Metro station is near by which is the best thing, connectivity with rest of NCR is great.
Things need improvement
Not many amenities in the society, lack of sports, no proper play area for children and adults.

Good things here
Maintainence and Cleanliness is properly done. CCTV cameras, lift and others are available and works really good. No water logging issues. People are friendly and cooperative.The society has great connectivity in terms of metro, cabs and buses. These are available nearby.

The society is very conjested and people are below average. Overall there is a lack of communication in the society.

The security guards are so active as they do not allow any kids to go outside to the society without theier parents .

Friendlyness environment is there. Maintanace is also good . connectyvity is also good metro is nearby

Facing lift issue in maintanance sometimes . Play area field is not that much big. market issue they are facing they have to go very far for the market area

Vivante has lot dogs inside the society now and in parking basements. Many residents have been bitten and some had narrow escape. It's very scary.
