Good things here

Connectivity like metro station, bus stop society ke pas tha . maintenance bohot achha hai hygiene and clean reheta hai society .

Construction quality achhi nhi hai poor quality of plaster . facilities like swimming pool, clubohse are not there .

Good things here

Connectivity accha hai society ka. Auto, cabs wagera mil jata hai. Mall, market bhi hai society ke paas. Amenities hain society mein like gym, swimming pool, clubhouse sab hai. Power back up bhi hain yahan. Cleanliness is also good here. People are friendly here , festivals ke liye ek common area allotted hai jahan sab festivals manate hain saath. Safety issue bhi nahi hain, guards wagera hain. Lifts with CCTV are here, garden area mein bhi hain CCTV.

Things need improvement

The main concern she said was about the construction quality, Thoda bohot seepage/leakage ka issue rehta hai yahan har society ki tarah. Society paint 2 years me hota hai jo members pe depend hai.

Good things here

I stayed there before 3-4 years. Mantainance was ok. Seepage was accute in my flat. There was no water logging issues on my floor. There were gyms, club house in the society. Rest of the things were mantained.People were staying there were friendly. Festivals used to get celebrated in the society. Greenery was good, However, we are living in antara house in which balconies are very big.

There was alot of seepage issues. There was only highway nearby. Malls were nearby. Connectivity was not that good. Club house was a little bit small. Balconies in houses constructed were very small

Good things here

The society is well-maintained with daily cleaning, ensuring it stays neat and clean. Connectivity is excellent with easily accessible public transport nearby. Amenities like the gym, clubhouse, and garden are available and well-maintained, with cleanliness being upheld for these facilities as well. The residents are friendly, and festivals are celebrated together in the society.

The build quality is not satisfactory, and there are issues with leakage and seepage. Unfortunately, these problems are not being addressed by anyone, leading to unresolved internal issues within the society.

Good things here

Local transport facilities were readily available near the society, and several malls nearby provided easy access to essentials and groceries. The basement parking area was well-structured and allocated to both owners and visitors, with no issues of waterlogging. Security guards were present 24/7, ensuring safety within the society. The lifts were well-maintained, with timely servicing conducted by the lift maintenance team. Overall, it was a great experience in the society, with cooperative and friendly people contributing to a positive atmosphere.

Things need improvement

The metro was a bit far from the society, resulting in limited access to public transport facilities nearby. Inside the units, the build quality was not satisfactory, with issues of leakage and seepage present. Additionally, there was no maintenance team available to address these issues, which was a significant drawback of the society. Furthermore, CCTV coverage was inadequate, as cameras were only installed at the entrance and specific parts of the society, leaving other areas vulnerable.
