The construction quality of the building was fine as there were no issues like seepage and leekage in my flat or anywhere outside. All the smenities were present in the society and security was also active, providing a sense of safety
At that time, there were no convenience options available and commuting was difficult. There was no shopping complex in the vicinity, with only a small grocery shop available. This lack of retail options had been inconvenient

Overall, it's a great place to live. The parks, grounds, and society are well-maintained, and the spaciousness ensures residents don't feel suffocated. Additionally, there's plenty of greenery in the society, enhancing the living experience.

The society is a bit secluded from the mainstream city and has ongoing construction nearby. However, it boasts plenty of green areas and offers luxury at its finest. The residents are friendly, although there may be some minor issues. Overall, it's a great place to live.

The Residents Welfare Association (RWA) is highly effective, and apartment maintenance is handled by Colliers, offering world-class support. Additionally, its convenient location on the main connecting road between the 75-meter road and Dwarka Expressway adds to its appeal.

Reviewing the positives, Adarsh Palm Retreat Towers and Villas, belonging to the Adarsh group in East Bangalore, offer a plethora of amenities. Their beautifully designed clubhouse is packed with engaging activities suitable for all age groups.
There are some downsides to the Adarsh Palm Retreat society, despite its many wonderful aspects. One area of concern is the management group responsible for the overall well-being of the society and its residents.

No Electric Issue in this society. Everything is well maintained. Cabs are available. There are schools and hospital nearby. There are malls underconstruction nearby which will be a great addition to the locality.
Public transport is a concern as dwarka highway is not ready.

This society has an incredible aura that's truly unique. The moment you enter the gate, the air feels different—much more serene and beautiful compared to other parts of the city. The abundance of greenery and cleanliness adds to its charm. The resort features stunning swimming pools and play areas. What sets it apart is the delicious food, which surpasses that of other resorts.
While the property itself is undeniably beautiful, one challenge is the influence of brokers who have inflated prices to the point where buying a plot costs three to four times more than usual. Additionally, many avenues lead to dead ends, complicating navigation. Encroachment on wetlands poses a significant problem, leading to flooding during the rainy season. Furthermore, the locality is distant from the main city and is accessible only via a narrow road plagued by heavy traffic.

Despite the high maintenance fee charged, the property's maintenance is lacking, with the quality not meeting expectations. Garbage is visibly present in areas like the playground and basement, indicating a need for improvement in cleanliness and upkeep.

The absence of a gym, coupled with inadequate public transport options and limited availability of cabs/autos and no metro, along with poor management of the society, are notable drawbacks.

The building stands tall at 21 floors, with construction that appears sturdy even during earthquakes. The premises feature a beautiful garden where kids can play, along with parking facilities for both owners and visitors. Two guards are assigned to each premises for security. Additionally, water supply inside the premises is regular.
The only concern is that reaching public transport requires traveling some distance, and vegetable vendors are not permitted within the premises.
