Good things here
This society is very well connected, being situated near multiple schools and a hospital. Transportation options such as cabs and autos are easily available. Additionally, it's just a 5-minute drive to the ORR, with tech parks also conveniently located nearby. The maintenance is top-notch, boasting excellent water supply, cleanliness, and a superb drainage system. The roads within the community are well-maintained, and the surroundings of the society are regularly kept tidy. Furthermore, the buildings exhibit good construction quality with no seepage problems. Also excellent greenery in the surroundings.
Things need improvement
Residents of the society must pay extra maintenance fees for amenities such as a gym, clubhouse, and pool. The society has five nearby tech parks, leading to heavy traffic during rush hours, and the roads are also narrow.

Good things here
The residents of this society are very friendly, and the event celebrations during festivals are enjoyable. The connectivity of the society is decent, with nearby schools, clinics, and small shops like salons and grocery stores conveniently located within less than a kilometer of the society. The maintenance is also commendable, as there are no issues with water, and municipal workers regularly collect garbage. The management is efficient, with residents' complaints being resolved promptly. The security of the society is excellent, with an ample number of staff. There are also excellent amenities available for residents, including a swimming pool, a children's play area, power backups, a gym, and a party hall. The construction quality is also good with excellent ventilation.
Things need improvement
There is no public transportation near the neighborhood, such as a bus stop or a metro station. Additionally, traffic congestion in the area is a concern, particularly during business hours, making travel difficult. The maintenance charges are also a bit expensive.

I had booked an apartment and I receive the handover on time. Facilities like 24 hours water supply, security, swimming pool, terrace garden, indoor games, fire alarms, 24 hours electricity, parking have made our lives easier.
