The society offers a peaceful environment, with essential amenities conveniently located nearby. Additionally, there is security at the main gate to ensure that no outsiders can enter without permission, enhancing safety for residents.
Things need improvement
The maintenance provided by the builder is unsatisfactory. During power outages, the builder fails to supply diesel to the generator, causing inconvenience to residents. The park club remains unavailable for use, and there's inadequate lighting in crucial areas such as the basement, podium, entrance gate, and outside pavements, which compromises safety and convenience.

The society is situated around three to four kilometers away from the station, which might require leaving a bit earlier, but it's manageable with a 5-10 minute buffer.

Residents can enjoy hassle-free morning walks, as there are no traffic jams. Moreover, the society promptly provides necessary facilities as needed.
Things need improvement
Although there are well-maintained parks, they are not cleaned regularly, leading to inconvenience caused by nearby dogs messing up the area. This makes it difficult to walk properly. Additionally, the plants are not watered on time, resulting in a lack of fresh greenery. Moreover, heavy traffic during the afternoon and evening adds to the problems faced by residents.

It's a very nice place with good galleries and gardens. Adequate parking space is available for visitors, and the gardening area is well-maintained and appreciated.

The society requires additional car parking space as there are instances when up to 10 visitor cars cannot be accommodated simultaneously.
