Public transport are available in the society , there is no issue of ceiling and seepage in the society the neighbours are quit good and friendly

Because of the construction there was a dust , noise in the society the maintenance never resolve thing in time if someone made a complain no action were taken there is no swimming pool in the society

Good things here
Metro is nearby, ola, uber are easily available, roads are connected to the main road. Environment is friendly.
Things need improvement
Construction quality can be much better. The builder has not used good material in doors and windows. Registration are not taking because of elections. Some flats are not registered till yet and thats the major issue.

Good things here
Living here is really fantastic. With the metro, cabs, and autos available, getting around is very convenient which makes connectivity of the society top notch. The presence of CCTV cameras and a lift adds to my sense of security. Plus, the neighbors are friendly and cooperative, making it feels like a real community as we all celebrate the festivals together. No network issues have been faced here. And with a new mall nearby and amenities like gyms, clubhouses, parks, and swimming pools, there's always something to do right at my doorstep.
Things need improvement
Dealing with seepage, leakage, and water logging during the monsoon season is really challenging for everyone here. It's frustrating to contend with these issues, as they disrupt daily working life of the individuals and cause damage to property as well. Finding effective solutions to address these problems would greatly improve the living conditions for all residents, especially during the rainy season.

Good things here
I would say that the construction quality of the society is really good. The reason saying it really good is - as such no major plaster, leakage, seepage issues are being faced in the society. Also, there no waterlogging issues that means the dranage system of the society is also very well managed. The society organises a plethora of different cultural events and programs and all the residents ceelebrate them together, engances the bondings and friendliness. People are educated and cooperative.
Things need improvement
Getting Public transport here in the society is not easy at all. Buses, Autos, e- rickshaws and even cabs are difficult to find. Then, the metro station is also not nearby. A very major problem in the society is that there are very limited number of facilities that have been provided, because there are no swimming poolss, no llifts in the society. Maintenance of the society also needs to be improved.

Connectivity of the society is good, nearby metro station. Marketplace & hospital also available nearby.

There was lift issues most of the time, if it gets damaged it takes time to get fixed. So the lifts quality can be improved.

The connectivity of the society is very good the metro station is on the walkind distance, the people in the society are very good they all get involved in all festivals and activities

The construction quality of the building is not that good as there is seepage on some places, lift in the society were not in good condition and during the rainny season there is water logging problem in the basement

Construction quality is good , time to time painting has been done , plaster and pillars are very strong. people living in the society are also good.

Limited parking space and parking area is facing water logging issue in every season that is main issue of this society. Facilities are not good.

He said I have shifted from the mentioned society. He said connectivity theek tha hospitals hai paas mein, Felix hospital hai nearby. Amenties like swimming pool, gym & clubhouse sab tha wahan pe. Neighbours acche hain society ke.
Things need improvement
Mall nahi hain abhi society ke paas. Thoda bohot seepage ka issue rehta tha. Water quality thoda kharab tha. Mobile network ka issue tha waha, Airtel ke ilawa sab networks ka issue tha wahan.
