Good things here
Transportation connectivity near the society was satisfactory with availability of cabs and buses. Market areas and hospitals were close by. Maintenance quality was good with regular water supply, power backup and electricity supply. The parking area was provided in the basement. Security system was well maintained. Amenities like gym, swimming pool and clubhouse were available.
Things need improvement
Metro station was not available. Construction quality was poor with some seepage and cracks in the buildings. Amenities were not well functional. Residents didn't celebrate many events together.

Good things here
Quality of road around the society was strong as there were no ditch and even water logging issues were not there around the society.All the modern amenities were available and everything was very well maintained and that was no chargable for tenants.24/7 water and electricity supply was available.High security system and all the areas were under cctv survilance.All the festivals were celebrated in the society and people were really helpful and coperative
Things need improvement
Build quality was poor as there was seepage issues internally and even walls were pretty thin and rooms were not noice proof,you can hear from neighbours also which was very disturbing.

Good things here
Security system and security staff are very good and well behaved.locality of the apartment is good ,local transportation is available easily.
Things need improvement
Commitee Members are very partial towards the tenant and different rule are there for the tenant and even though they have to pay extra to use amenities .managing commitee has no transperancy with the resident.Build quality is poor and pathetic,seepage issues,lots of pest contsrol issues are there in the society.

Housekeeping staff is very efficient because of that our society is very much clean. atmosphere of the society is very much peaceful it is full of greenery. committee is very helpful they resolve every issue in no time. i like everthing about the society.
Things need improvement
Hume pine ke liye pani tanker se bulana padata hai society me vo available nhi hai. thoda bohot traffic jam ka issue ata hai.

Maintaining the apartment comes at a relatively higher cost, and unfortunately, power backup facilities are not provided.

Good things here
Withing the range of 10 km ,you will get everyhting like grocerry,cafes,atm,cabs ,auto.amenities are provided like swimming pool,club house, gym,area. power back up facilities has been provided without any extra charges.managing commitee was attentive towards resident.
Things need improvement
My living experience in the society was top notch i dont have any complains regarding anything .rooms allocation to bachelor's depends upon owner of the apartment

Good things here
Auto,cabs were easily available near by the society so the connectivity was good even though local market and essentials shops were near by the society.Construction quality and fittings of the furniture was of good quality.All the modern amenities are there in the society and everything is fully functional in the society.Spacious parking for owners and visitors as well in the society.
Things need improvement
Security system of the apartment can be imrpove like there are no cctv in the society.power back up facilities are there and even allocated to units as well but society is initiating yearly charges for it.

Good things here
Connectivity is really great local transport facilities are available easily.essentials are available near by .women safety has been priorieties,good security system.inbuild moduler kitchen has been provided and even though power back up has been provided.All the amenities are in working condition and very well maintained.allocated parking has been provided for visitors.
Things need improvement
Some of the units were facing pipeline blockage issues though its been resolved.Hard water supply is provided but society has inbuild purifier for the resident.

Good things here
The roads were well-built and not narrow or broken, so there were no issues with waterlogging or traffic. Nearby, there were markets and hospitals available. Cleanliness was well-maintained, and there were no power cuts. Amenities were present and perfectly maintained.
Things need improvement
There were some issues with the construction as cracks were appearing on the walls, indicating that perhaps inferior materials were used. Public transportation was a significant issue as it was not easily available. If you had your own vehicle, it was fine, but if you didn't, traveling became problematic. Additionally, there was an extra fee required to use the amenities because I was a tenant, and these facilities were not available for tenants.
