The society features a well-maintained swimming pool and a spacious playground, both of which are well taken care of by the maintenance services.
Things need improvement
The construction quality is subpar, and unfortunately, pets are not allowed. Additionally, there's inadequate power backup, and traffic jams are frequent.

Good things here
This society prioritizes safety with 24/7 CCTV surveillance and security personnel at the gate. For recreation, residents have access to amenities such as a gym, theater, swimming pool, garden, and children's play area.
Things need improvement
The maintenance costs are quite high, and the locality is distant from the main city center. Transportation options are average, and property prices are also on the higher side.

Good things here
There's a nearby hospital and good schools in the vicinity. Public transportation, including buses, is punctual and readily available. Easy access to auto-rickshaws and cabs is another plus. Additionally, the roads are well-maintained, and there's ample parking space available.
Things need improvement
The playground is relatively small in size. Additionally, pets are not allowed into the society as per its rules.

This luxury venture from Prestige Group spans over approximately 28.5 acres and offers 4 and 5 BHK flats. It provides free parking along with safety measures, making it a secure choice. The apartments are well-designed and offer a comfortable living experience.
Things need improvement
There are no issues, but when I purchased the 4BHK flat from Prestige Group, there were some legal issues. Additionally, I find the ecosystem less friendly. The distance from the metro station poses challenges for IT employees, including myself.

The society is excellent, offering parking facilities and being close to the metro. Auto-rickshaws and Uber rides are easily accessible, and there are nearby schools and markets for convenience. Additionally, essential items and healthy food can be purchased nearby. There's also a playground and a showroom in the vicinity.
Things need improvement
There's no nearby gym or swimming pool available. Additionally, traffic jams are quite common, and there's no park nearby. Public transport options are limited, and the quality of lifts in the area is not satisfactory.
