This review is intended to provide constructive feedback and highlight positive aspects: 1. The society is secured with automatic 360° cameras throughout, ensuring safety. 2. Convenient access to groceries, hair salon, and gym within 300m. 3. Easy availability of cabs and rickshaws. 4. Clean and well-maintained parks with a variety of plants and trees. 5. Average maintenance cost. 6. Each wing has its own lift. 7. Reliable electricity, water, and seepage facilities. 8. Regular meetings held for festivals and policy discussions. 9. Good behavior of residents. 10. Security cameras at every door for quick identification of visitors. 11. Fantastic quality of living. 12. Better quality roads and transportation facilities outside the society.
1. There should be two lifts in each wing for better convenience. 2. More rides should be added for little children in the parks. 3. The security system can be frustrating for guests due to the time it takes for detailing in the register. Overall, the society offers great facilities and a wonderful environment, but there are areas for improvement.

Lodha Venezia is a gated community offering excellent security with attentive reception services available round the clock. Throughout the pandemic, security and sanitation measures have been meticulously maintained.
Community events lack sufficient space, and guest parking within the society can be challenging. However, the proximity of municipal parking facilities alleviates the issue by providing convenient parking options for guests.

The society is excellently maintained, with all necessary facilities readily available. High-quality CCTV cameras ensure security, and recordings are accessible to everyone. Security guards are present, and neighbors are responsible. Conveniently located shops and ample car parking add to the convenience of residents.

The area is conveniently located near the monorail station and offers easy access to bus services for Western, Central, and Harbour lines. Cabs are readily available, and the area is known for its safety with frequent police patrolling. Various amenities such as vegetable vendors, markets, shops, temples, and banks are nearby. Public and private hospitals are within a five-minute walk, and there are well-maintained parks nearby. The construction quality is good, and the area is pet-friendly with reliable power backup and water supply. The architecture is beautiful, and the lift service is efficient, with proper CCTV camera surveillance in place.
One of the major drawbacks is the proximity to KEM hospital, leading to constant crowding with patients. The railway station is a bit distant, taking around fifteen minutes by vehicle, and there's no auto rickshaw service available. Additionally, there's no swimming pool facility, and parking issues arise due to limited space. The presence of hotels, hospitals, and companies nearby results in frequent traffic congestion. Furthermore, the roads adjacent to hospitals and offices are crowded with street vendors, causing inconvenience. Maintenance charges are on the higher side despite the new construction and provided facilities, considering the location factor.

It's one of the best societies in the Lalbaug Parel area, offering top-notch amenities such as high-speed lifts and podium parking. There's a spacious playground for kids and even a small cricket ground within the premises. Additionally, it boasts a well-maintained health club and swimming pool.
The building has encountered some construction quality issues, with residents experiencing leakage problems in their flats.

The lack of metro connectivity and scarcity of cab and auto availability, coupled with poor road conditions, present challenges. Additionally, the area is not pet-friendly, lacks playgrounds and shops, and the parks are not well-maintained.

The nearby area experiences heavy traffic, and maintenance costs are high. Additionally, flat rates are steep, and there's no availability of local train facilities. Furthermore, there are no nearby grounds for playing cricket or football.

The quality of wall construction is subpar, and the parking area layout is confusing. Flats offer less carpet area and are of low quality. Security and society management are inadequate, leading to poor maintenance overall.

The connectivity is good, with local transport facilities easily accessible near the society. The amenities are the best part of the society, all delivered by the builder, including a swimming pool, clubhouse, children's play area, gym, park, and everything is well-maintained. There is also greenery around the society, making the atmosphere beautiful. Garbage collection is done on a daily basis, ensuring cleanliness.There is a dedicated team that addresses all issues across the society promptly upon complaint. The people here are cooperative, and security and safety are ensured with guards and facilities available on-site.
The build quality of the society is extremely poor, with numerous infrastructure issues such as leakage, seepage, poor walls, and low-quality fittings. It appears that the builder used cheap materials, which I believe has misled and cheated the residents of this society. This situation is deeply concerning and should be addressed by the relevant authorities to ensure residents' safety and well-being.

The build quality is subpar, and the maintenance team is inadequate. The swimming pool is poorly maintained, with unclean water, highlighting the need for improvement in maintenance facilities by Lycabette. Additionally, there are issues with leakage and seepage throughout the society that require immediate attention and fixing due to the poor build quality.
