Good things here
Transportation connectivity is fine with schools and hospitals being available near the society. Maintenance is also satisfactory with adequate cleanliness and hygiene. Amenities like clubhouse and Parks are available in the premises. Residents living in the society are quite friendly and cooperative.
Things need improvement
Having explored various aspects and analyzed the user's preferences, they found it challenging to identify numerous dislikes. However they noted that Construction quality of the building and infrastructure is good with some seepage and leakage issues.

This society offers an excellent location in the upcoming sector of Dwarka Expressway, with exciting developments like the upcoming Hive mall and cinema hall right in front of the main gate. It's conveniently close to AIIMS hospital and two nearby schools, including Delhi Public School. Security is top-notch with automatic entry gates controlled by RFID and round-the-clock security guards. The greenery is well-maintained throughout the spacious grounds, with amenities like a clubhouse featuring activities for both kids and adults. Additionally, ample parking is available, including a dedicated parking building with lawn tennis courts on top. The central park provides a lovely space with a kids' zone, walking track, and well-lit seating areas. The society is clean and well-maintained, with prompt management responses to any concerns or complaints.
Things need improvement
Currently, the expressway's construction poses connectivity issues, especially during odd hours, though connectivity is generally fine. However, the construction quality doesn't meet expectations for a renowned brand like Emaar, known for its architectural impact in Dubai.

There is a market available around the society, due to which everything is available at a distance of 10 minutes, this is the plus point of the society.

Construction quality is a bit bad. Mostly there is seepage in flats, due to which there are many problems.

Transportation connectivity is good, with the availability of public transport like buses, metro, and autos nearby. Cab services are also accessible. A local market is available outside the society, and malls, hospitals, and restaurants are present. The construction quality is fine with no seepage or leakage issues. Maintenance is also satisfactory, ensuring proper water supply. Amenities like a gym, swimming pool, and clubhouse are available. The people living there are cooperative and friendly.
Things need improvement
However, waterlogging and drainage issues persist during the rainy season, causing inconvenience. There is also an issue with stray dogs. Security should be improved for a better living environment. Hygiene is unsatisfactory, and must be improved.

Connectivity is very nice. Auto, cabs, public transport are easy to catch. Greenery environment.

Good things here
I appreciate the cleanliness of the society and the diverse community it hosts. The presence of various shops within the society catering to daily needs is convenient, saving us the hassle of traveling far. Additionally, the availability of a well-equipped gym is a plus. On weekends, we enjoy spending time in the parks, going for walks, and engaging in games with friends and family.
Things need improvement
I find the narrow roads in the society to be inconvenient, especially considering the lack of proper parking areas for houses. Additionally, the medical clinics within the society are not fully equipped, lacking essential facilities. Moreover, traffic congestion is a prevalent issue in the region, adding to the overall inconvenience.
